UPDATE Received broken fountain customer support won t respond
I d initially left a negative review after receiving a broken fountain in the mail and not receiving a timely response from customer support but Miaustore eventually made things right and sent me an entire new fountain within a couple days of my complaint I m satisfied with the quality and appearance of the fountain and I d recommend Miaustore to anyone looking for a high quality product

Best Fountain on the Market
Simply love this fountain although ordered the MILK COLOR but was sent the CREAM COLOR Not happy about that Works great I also purchased the pump guard the motion sensor I clean it once a week I think it stays much cleaner more sanitary for drinking I don t take the pump apart with the pump guard it is not needed The fountain seems to begin to get a film on it so I wash it off and get the floating excess hair out and add clean water Saves a lot of money by not having to buy filters Highly recommend Would purchase again Thanks

What can I say THIS IS THE BEST PURCHASE WE HAVE MADE FOR OUR FURBABY She didn t really drink a lot before we bought this bad boy Since the first day we got this she drinks a good 80 more than what she was Please if your cat doesn t drink a lot then purchase this for them it will be a game changer The fountain itself is beautiful I have had many comments about how lovely it looks and sounds a very gentle sound of water trickling very calming Customer service has been Amazing through out if I have had any problems with bits needing replacing they have got it sent out straight away It s worth buying the 15 year protection for the pump I must add the replacement parts were because we broke them not because they broke Tiny parts and my partners big hands aren t always the best combination Overall highly satisfied with the products and the company It s a a big thumbs up from me and a paw up from our fur baby Happy customers
