So at first ive thought they was just really poor at offer text support and whatnot Then i come back from Birthday been away about 3 full days and i thought well now they would of anserwered me for sure right Server does no longer exist in the panel not even renewable not that i ever would My support tickets all deleted too Thats just not acceptable to do and i consider it as scamming and fraud 1 they didnt deliver a server working bought one half the ram other site with much less lag2 text support is none existing like even as an advanced user there is just some things you cannot fix by yourself from your end so they need to be reachable at worst case 3 The world data Player data s where mine and they had no right to delete before time I mean my first server worked fine but most likely just because it was 1 12 and took so little resource that 10 of the cpu and ram specified could run it smoothly Bottom line So yeah i don t recommend it at all if you want a server that dosent lag keeps world saved frequently and overall if your trying to make a community server this just wont cut it

In 2016 2017 they used to be the best I ve been using them for a long time but their current servers are terrible Lag choppy connectivity issues and I ve been waiting for 2 weeks for my ticket to be answered

Deleted my server without notice No notice that payment had not been received no contact at all about the matter What a waste of time and effort WORST HOSTING EVER AVOID

I used to love this website for hosting because of the great easy layout for beginner server owners However it s not worth the money bad service and laggy servers You d think with paying more than other sites you d have exceptional service I ve had many lag issues and when contacting customer support they gave absolutely no resolutions Once I found a resolution myself and told them that they responded LOL and continued to make me feel like I was dumb for not realizing that was the issue earlier Now my server is lagging again the console saying its 900 ticks behind and overloading but the staff are claiming there s no issues and saying it s probably my internet despite the whole server crashing and everyone being unable to play TLDR Laggy server staff doesn t help and belittles you expensive and not worth your money or time

Just plain bad Though it boasts the capability to run a modded server it does not It is laggy hiccups constantly and crashes frequently Played for almost 3 hours and spent half of that unable to play

I put in a ticket after my server the top tier one starting getting lag I even tested it with ONLY forge and Biomes O Plenty and there was still plenty of lag It took them a full week to get back to me and all they did was to post a couple of links basically saying the lag was my fault I wrote back telling them that I had found a full dedicated server was getting zero lag with the same setup and that it was unacceptable for them to take a week to respond to my concerns They closed my ticket in less than an hour after my response Would I recommend them NO

Support is incredibly slow been waiting for days with no response website is slow and the server itself is even slow At this point you can go with any other service provider and have a better experience Some configuration is locked behind getting in contact with customer support which will take weeks to get resolved at this rate

Absolutely terrible customer service I purchased a server plan from them and the server connection was terrible I got lag no matter what I tried to contact them in order to get a refund But due to terrible customer service I was unable to get a refund before the 7 day return policy

Worst Host ever Have been down almost 2 weeks now They do not respons to anything Even the error is there problem The panel is stuck start button and console does not work Tried contacted them few times They even closed my ticket after a few days without an anweser Please save up soms extra cash and get another BETTER host With normal support And offcourse I will not see any penny back from the server even the problem accured after the second day of renewal of the month So there goes a whole month payed for

We had the server for about a month Then right after we renewed the server it started saying it was unreachable within the website server panel We couldn t connect couldn t see the FTP and had no options to change in the panel at all We put in a ticket that hasn t been responded to in 2 weeks We are not going to renew it again and luckily we were able to find the FTP information in our chat messages We took the server root out of the FTP and are going to be moving to a different service Absolutely ridiculous that this would happen and I am going to be pursuing a refund
