I am writing this currently writing this I have used this on and off throughout the years and let me just say I do think this is fairly OK For the price However time and time again I encountered issues I am currently waiting for a ticket to be responded too so we will see what comes from that BUT if the ticket appears to be no help in fixing my current issue of crashing on start up then heres what Im gonna say about this You guys put modpacks for players to discover and find Its great to see new modpacks appearing However when your server is crashing from Memory issue When we are upgrading to HIGHER payment plans and when it doesnt crash from that It just doesnt go up simply from pressing the start button Then whats the point of A Having that modpack within it if I cant run it DEFAULT through this hosting Or B Your server has a memory issue with even the BASICS of Modpacks or vanilla VANILLA ESPECIALLY should not be having this issue Sure its easy to identify when its a Memory issue crash or a mod involved crash but so far it appears that this hosting just cant handle the simpliest of modpacks this is like advertising Hey you wanna see this really cool game that just came out Only to try it and find out that the 3D character is actually a stick figure At this point I rather have the lazy way of playing minecraft with friends I enjoy this hosting when it works from its many issues I have encountered but if it cant even run vanilla minecraft then Im honestly better off hosting it off my hosting and then figuring out how to add mods since this seems to just be lackluster ------------------------------------------------------------Update as of 3 7 23 After the attempted help they have gave and I ll be honest thats all I can ask for I am unfortunately not gonna be changing my review Instead I will be changing my view slightly When I can goto a host with less specs that this host offers we tested both modpacks and havent Experienced any crash lag spike or anything that I have encountered along with other issues such as plugins and other ends After a decent years of me using this host I will not be using it any longer this is no longer a host I can feel secured that im getting the best in with my money s worth I cannot say that this host is right for me ----------------------------------------------------------To clarify I originally had the Prime plan which came 4GB of RAM but I upgraded to the 14GB plan Orion after experiencing issues with your service It was even confirmed we had the 14GB of RAM in one of the ticket exchange where we were informed of our resource usage only 28 was being used based off that ticket This plan should of been more than plenty for the modpacks we were using with my small group of friends playing on the server but I figured we try it just to rule out a issue with the resources needed Note that the modpack with the highest ram recommendation was 5GB at a minimum and 8GB for the smoothest experience Still we experienced issues with the server I would like to point out that we have opted to try out a different host and use their 7GB plan just to test something The same modpack we tried on your service is working just fine on this new host No crashes or any other issues we experienced using your service We can only conclude the issue is not the modpacks we were using it is something to do with your servers themselves I did see you offered a refund and even asked me to remove this review I couldn t reply to that message even if I wanted too as I closed the ticket prior to your teams response due to I have made up my mind to just move on to the new host The ticket didn t seem to reopen for a reply if I even wanted too With this said I have no interest in using your services any longer after the frustrating experiences with performance of the server

I purchased a modded server and it was completely broken Random errors kicked almost everyone who wanted to join Most of my friends quit the server because they tried for hours every day to join and it wouldn t let them Customer support was horrendous and when I asked a question they would reply then just not continue the conversation at all When I asked them to fix it they told me that maybe I didn t upload the mods right which I did because I and someone else could join fine and the server worked for us but just not others I have asked for a refund and I have received no answer from customer support I will wait a little bit more but if anyone in your staff team is reading this review I want a refund as soon as possible for selling me a broken service Edit If I do get a refund I ll raise the review a bit because in fairness their vanilla servers are good but am extremely disappointed with the number of issues with the modded side of things Edit 2 They gave me a refund and explained that someone was trying to DDOS attack my server or something Don t understand why my server in particular but they did give me a refund and let me keep my original server Bottom line from my personal experience with this host Vanilla works great but I ran into some issues with mods

quick response helpful and i felt like the service i received for what i needed but kind of gave me a barely fair for what i paid for but i guess it s understandable I

I never have any problems with there servers but when it comes to continued customer relationship its unforeseen As you can only use there discount codes as a New Member Asked help from customer support and told me just make a new account

Im kinda shocked to see the review s cause ive used this host for about 1-2 months playing 1 12 2 spigot Server was actualy working as intended However when we renew and upgraded to 1 14 3 server become alle laggy and support seems to not respond as many other claimed So was i lucky at first or just unlucky now Giving them 3 stars cause server actualy did work for a whilewould of given more if there support was existing and problems was been looked at

They ve removed free automated tasks recently like restarting your server every x hours and now require you to pay 3 dollars to let you do so Bad move on their part They also disabled FTP access on free accounts but thats completely acceptable because it was being use for nefarious reasons like bitcoin mining The prices are decent but the automated task fee is a bit too much for me to even give this 4 stars

Really good runs unexpectedly well for the low memory the servers have Ive had a perfect experience with this hosting but theres still some issues to it mostly in the setting up process with modded servers theres also some glitches which make no sense to me such as opening a loom causing the server to crash even though as I said it runs perfectly so a pretty good experience overall even though there are still some flaws that need to be fixed

Nice treatment from the employee but the delay was a little annoying

Good hosting needs more payment methods tho like boacompra

Was very surprised with the speed in which I was replied to I was having troubles getting modpacks up and running eventually they offered that if I just sent them the modpack they would put it up for me Very happy with the service I received Great Hosting
