Super supportive all the way

The service my husband and I received from Minster Law for his claim has been great After my husband spent six months recovering in hospital following a motorcycle accident in May 2022 Andrew Sloan our first claim handler provided exceptional support He called me daily during the first week as I drove nearly an hour to visit my husband in the hospital Andrew s kindness patience and helpfulness were surprising and deeply appreciated About a year ago our case was unexpectedly transferred to Brendan Lowe While we were initially saddened to lose touch with Andrew Brendan has proven to be equally kind supportive and efficient I have read some of the 1-star reviews here and can only surmise that some clients might have encountered less competent claim handlers It s unfortunate but I want to assure you that there are highly professional claim handlers at Minster Law My husband s claim has just been settled and we remain hopeful that the funds will reach his account without unnecessary delays
