Bought lots of items in L size and

Bought lots of items in L size and later got same size and wouldn t fit but Missguided wouldn t allow me return on website but rather manual and I was charged 11 for postage Horrible customer experience Never buying from them

I ordered nearly 80 worth of clothes

I ordered nearly 80 worth of clothes and my parcel got stolen and weeks later I still haven t gotten a refund or replacement I then got a second order to repurchase those items and Evri lost it at their depot Again no replacement or refund and I ve been going in circles with the customer care people Not worth the hassle

Unable to change cancel order

Placed an order and realised I had my old address for delivery Went on chatbox and sent email to change order and they are unable to help Then emailed again to cancel and they are unable to as it has been processed even though I made contact straight away Unable to get through to Missguided on a telephone number Extremely poor customer service and will not shop there again

Order not as described returned 3 weeks ago yet still no refund

Appalling service from start to finish ordered a white blazer a cream one arrived I asked for a prepaid label to return it as it not as described this took two weeks I asked for reimbursement for the delivery cost and was told I couldn t have one as I took too long to return it - yet I returned it the same day as i received the label I will never order from this company again

Shambles

Used to be an avid misguided fan but no longer- the company is an absolute disaster 4 99 to order and 4 99 to return even when one of the items arrived faulty with all the stitching coming undone Customer service especially Bandile are unhelpful take 34 minutes to process a simple request how hard is it to generate a returns label and jaut end the chat as soon as they don t want to honour your request I would never order again Beware before you buy as by the looks of the reviews most people never get any money back either

No wonder you ve gone under The worst customer service I have possibly ever had 2 weeks I ve been waiting for a return label and no one is able to send me one even though you ve charged me for it Your service and ability to help customers is beyond a joke - and I never like to complain Just appalling

Do not order from these guys

Do not order from these guys - it s a scam Not only do they charge you for delivery they also charge you for UK based returns - and this isn t clearly advertised when you order For an online delivery service this is really poor - I don t know another predominantly online clothes company that does this Additionally the clothes do not match the pictures on the site The only conclusion is they know what they are doing and are fooling people out of money

Deserve to be out of business

Since they went into administration their products are even worse quality than before even their premium range stuff and they won t refund you if something doesn t arrive telling you to claim with your credit card Awful They deserve to be out of business altogether

Scamming company that don t refund Do not shop here

I would give this 0 stars if it was possible I am still waiting for a refund after I returned a faulty item 1 month ago Customer service is terrible I have escalated this to financial ombudsman as the company are scammers who definitely withhold money and pretend they don t know otherwise They also scam you by making you pay for your return and then never refund
