delay in refund

Good quality products and fast delivery Recently I have made 2 orders I cancelled on because I got the wrong size and returned the clothes in the other due to ordering multiple in different sizes With my first order that was cancelled it took me weeks to get my money back even though it says it should be refunded in 48 hours and with the second I returned I did not get my money back for a month after returning I had to get in contact with customer service for both issues which they did solve but if they did not have good customer service I would not return to the brand

Refunded incorrectly

Delivery was quick items were not the best quality or the right fit so returned returning was super easy and simple The only big issue for me is that I didnt get refunded the amount I should have l I got refunded what the current price for the items are I was supposed to get around 27 back but got 8 So beware

Pearl was great in listening to the problems and addressing them accordingly I was very satisfied with the customer service Update- It seems to be a hit or miss with the customer service As sometimes you get someone who is great and at other times you get someone who is unreasonable and will not try to understand your concerns almost seeming like bot

Slow refund

The dress I ordered was lovely however did not fit right so I returned it I was assured it could take up to 3 weeks for my refund However after 4 weeks I still had not received it and when I went onto live chat they issued it instantly I appreciate how fast the person on live chat dealt with it however the whole process seems a bit suss that I had to request my refund back Poor show

I got confirmation of my order but I m still waiting for it to be delivered can you confirm it s on its way or if it s not can you please give information on a refund I understand there has been a change of ownership but customers are your priority of business as people cannot get in contact with the company it would be great for customer service to get in touch with us

Delivery is expensive and long

I received my items as I bought them after the new owners bought the company However I paid 4 99 delivery but it took around 11 days to get to me Other companies charge 4 99 for express delivery so I was a little annoyed and I didn t receive any kind of email update I then placed another order as I wanted a different size to what I ordered and it was shipped the same day So feel like I ve been scammed out of delivery the first time I m a little scared to send things back because of all the reviews too plus I m pretty sure you have to pay again to send items back which with Royal Mail could cost even more than the original delivery

Pros and cons

The quality of the products are great and prices are good The reply on the customer support is also pretty good However every order seems to be stopped in the customs Every single one The original shipping being delayed and the customs holding the orders makes the delivery times and unforeseen costs not worth more orders from me

Good quality clothes but excessive return fee

Ordered some clothes from the renewed missguided Fraser group now and paid 4 99 delivery which can be expected but still expensive compared to other online stores Anyway the clothes came there were some really good quality bits in there but there was one item that I wanted to return so made a return to find it costs me 4 99 to return an item too the item in question only cost 7 which is less than the delivery and return fee put together Meaning I d only get a 2 refund I like their quality of clothes but just be careful make sure if your buying you know you don t want to return because for me 4 99 return is abit excessive when other stores offer free returns

Products are good however I ve paid nearly 10 to receive and return the unwanted items and I think it s disgusting I understand we should pay something but this is ridiculous there will always be items we need to return for different reasons I will not be buying from here again now

While the quality of the products is

While the quality of the products is commendable I find it disappointing that I had to pay a hefty sum of 14 for the shipping and return of the items I didn t want In my opinion this is an unreasonable charge considering the likelihood of having to return items for various reasons Unfortunately this experience has left me with no desire to make future purchases from this company
