80 90 sale orders

I had ordered from the 80 off sale and I received the items to Northern Ireland in 2 weeks I ordered again from the 90 off sale and it took 3 1 2 weeks to come I did start thinking I was scammed on the second order as the website pages for tracking chat and customer service had been shut down I came to this page and read all the bad reviews of people feeling how I felt but I thought I would give them a bit more time knowing how popular the sale was and combined with all the people who order to try and send back clogging the system I don t think missguided were prepared for the influx in sales and returns the sales caused But my items arrived and I am very very happy with the quality of the products All of my items from both deliveries were true to size exact to the pictures online and great quality

Don t look at half of these reviews the new owners aren t fulfilling their orders because it lies with the old owners - bash them instead Simply raise a dispute with your bank and fill out the form and you will get your refund Also some people who order 10 outfits just to try on clog up the system and it s not environmentally friendly I have given 5 stars because I received all my items correctly there was a slight delay but their customer services team kept me in the loop and it was to be expected with them being new owners Most reviews are from before the new owners even took over and there s a solution for those customers to get a refund Can t wait to order again
