The best The prices are so good and the quality is actually really good A couple of times i have been in need of custum servise and they have helped me each time I once wrote and asked for a refund because my bag was broken and after 10 min the money was on their way back to my account so good

I added a 45 student discount at the checkout and it wasn t deducting the correct amount I spoke to Tina on the online chat and she acknowledged the error and when I paid for the order I sent the order number over and she arranged a refund for the extra I had paid very helpful and quick resolution

Very quick delivery unfortunately the items I ordered didn t suit me so I returned them Was very easy to do and I returned it to my local asda collection point After a few weeks I noticed my refund wasnt in my account so I tracked my parcel and it was received but the retailer I chat messaged the missguided team and Beryl was so friendly and helpful she processed my return in a few minutes Fantastic customer service Delivery prompt Product was great

I received an item that reeked of perfume and wanted to return it On the website it stated that I had to contact Missguided before making a return so I found their little chat box and got in contact with a very helpful Pamela She asked me if I wanted a refund or a new item sent to me without having to go through the process of mailing the first item back

So I had a problem with discount codes None were working for me Disappointing I know However I went on the online chat and spoke to someone Cut a long story short I was asked to proceed with my order at full price then they d give me the difference back in a refund I was happy with this thank you to Mercy Ayanda and Pearl who were very helpful today
