I am still desperately hoping to receive
I am still desperately hoping to receive the hoodie I have ordered for my daughter for Xmas in time but I ordered in November and still havent received a dispatch confirmation so no way of tracking through royal mail I have tried contacting Miss Runway a few times now but have still not had a response so came on here to check if this happens a lot I am hoping Miss Runway will contact me to confirm dispatch ASAP

Bad customer service
UPDATE Parcel arrived day after review was written Tracksuit hadn t been posted when they originally said Posted day of review and sent next day delivery At least it arrived before Christmas I ordered a cropped tracksuit not sprayed for my daughter and then two days later I ordered another of the same for my niece The second one I ordered has arrived but still no sign of the first one My online account shows order as unfulfilled I sent 4 messages to them asking for information I got a response after the 4th message saying they take 72 hours to respond to messages even though they have stated in some responses on here that the time is 48 hours Clearly changing it to suit their needs The first message I sent was well over the 72 hour threshold anyway They told me they had sent the item and they would chase Royal Mail Not sure how they would do this as they couldn t provide and tracking number I don t believe it has been sent and I don t believe I will get it before Christmas It s a shame as my daughter and niece love the look of their products and I was planning on ordering another 3 tracksuits in the new year the sprayed ones as I was too late before Christmas but I don t think I ll bother I understand they are a small company but they have been going for long enough now to understand how Christmas works and to prepare for it If they are running behind then let the customer know They are bordering on rude in their responses and attitude

Poor customer service
Poor customer service Order placed at the start of November told via email at the start of december it was packaged ready for dispatch then nothing No delivery and now wont reply to emails Customer service is a basic requirement of a business and they fail at this in a big way Edited Parcel arrived the day after our review with no communication

Not impressed with the delivery time
1st time ordering a top amd shorts for my granddaughter Ordered in plenty of time for her birthday but nothing came I emailed and was informed that they had moved warehouses and that the order would be sent the next day I waited and checked still not sent so I emailed again with no response I did eventually receive the order after her birthday which I wasn t to happy about but she loves the items which is a bonus

Like others that print sprayed to order shame unable to return at all even for a lesser refund No size guide and found getting the right size tricky Shorts first orders size M 10 way too small so ordered a 12 which fit yet still tight especially for a 12 Ordered a large in t-shirt and absolutely ginormous in all directions So re-ordered a cropped M which was fine Tshirt quality great short quality questionable the zip not the best weak and cranky

Can you tell me when to expect my order No 17885 please I have had no confirmation email but have paid for item My royal mail tracking number is not recognised either I ordered this in the 18th November I have not had a response to any email sent Update sorry it was the 29th as you stated my mistake I have not had any confirmation of order I sent you an email 2 days ago and as yet have had no response Great it s out for dispatch tomorrow once item is received I will review this once again Many thanks

Im giving this 3 stars I give it 3 stars because the delivery time was reasonable Intuition tells me this is a drop shipping print on demand business model Quality is not great at all - I believed I was receiving genuinely spray painted customised hoodies This is nothing short of poor Chinese quality with ironed on decals These hoodies do not reflect a 35 price tag But I did receive the order so for that it s 3 stars

Order fulfilled- later than expected BUT in time for Christmas
Don t usually post reviews but wanted to call out how happy I am to have received my daughter s personalised spray painted tracksuit in time for Christmas Order was placed early Nov with the expectation of high demand As the indicated timescale for dispatch got closer sent email s to check order status- got a confident reply that order would be fulfilled before Christmas Couple weeks later am getting more anxious but resting in their precious assurance true to their word - order was received 18th Dec a day earlier than tracking indicated A beautiful piece - daughter will be overjoyed with her present Thank you Team Runway for the long hours dedication X

Faster delivery than expected
After reading reviews I was dubious to order but I ordered on 25th July and it has arrived today 7th August Much quicker than expected Quality looks good Putting away for my daughters birthday in September I think she will be over the moon Only reason I haven t given 5 star is the item is yet to be worn
