Disgraceful business
Disgraceful business ordered a deck stand from them but all they are really doing is ordering from a supplier once they have your money After waiting a month I got in touch and was told it was on its way Another month and they stopped replying to emails and never answer the phone Have had to claim back 250 via PayPal Avoid

Not a company to be trusted in my eyes
Be very careful when ordering as they quite often advertise items as in stock but they are not You are then left waiting for quite a while to get your refund especially if you buy via finance In my experience ordered a item listed as in stock on the website not in stock so offered a B stock item until new stock came in which I accepted In the meantime a new item came out which is slightly more expensive so contacted them to swap the item sent for the new item and i ll pay the difference Fine they said send it back and we ll swap So they receive the item back with a note inside to ask for me to be called when they get it back so I can pay the difference for the new item They received the item but I get no call I call them about a week after they have received the item back I know this as sent the item back tracked and signed and it was signed for by a member of their staff I have the company website open in front of me with the item I want listed as in stock So on the phone call I ask about paying the extra for the new item I wanted to be told it was out of stock So two items listed as in stock are not in stock I asked to cancel the order and the finance agreement as to have this happen twice is not professional at all and just seems odd Had to chase them around to get the finance agreement cancelled and was basically told unless I pay a courier fee then the finance agreement won t be cancelled when I had an email from a member of staff that stated the agreement had already been cancelled which was a lie as as stated another member of staff on a later call said the agreement won t be cancelled until the courier fee was paid Please be wary when dealing with this company

Order from them and no item arrived I
Order from them and no item arrived I contacted twice and twice they said they would get back to me and they didn t they do not stock what they we re selling and kept saying they would contact their supplier thankfully bought through PayPal so I requested a refund of which they did agree quickly Ordered from elsewhere and arriving next week I could have had this two weeks ago if I had bought elsewhere I do not recommend

Well pretty poor service from this
Well pretty poor service from this company Purchased a Bluetooth adapter The courier company couldn t find my house which is laughable as it s so easy Bluetooth now been couriered back to the company Sent them three e mails to enquire about the refund and no response to any of my e mails Customer relations definitely lacking with this company and the phone number is not recognised when you call them Beginning to wonder if it s a scam company My advice is avoid them

Best Disco Shop in England
Staff are so helpful and friendly they will always give you the best advise The back up service is 2nd to none if you have any problems they deal with it there and then and will always give you an honest opinion Have shopped there on many an occasion and for Disco equipment i will not shop anywhere else
