Calling for help but got shouted at instead

Purchased phone service deal from Mobile co uk with cash back claims Contacted their customer service needing help to initiate cashback claim got told no profile on their system Before I could ask for more information towards to solve the problem their customer service staff became aggressively shouty and hang up on me What kind of service is this do not care their customers can not be bothered to do their job poor qualify service and definitely needing training

DPD moved delivery times twice already a little a disappointing as made sure I was in both original times just received the phone and the packaging is all damaged and not what I expecting now I am going to have to spend more of my time phoning in to customer services in the morning to go through this whole process again Disappointed at the very best

Good Price with Poor Service

Great price Long wait times to get through to a person to discuss things like direct debit dates PAC codes etc with the hope of setting the contract up correctly On getting through the 2 different people I rang at different times both sounded stressed and were unfriendly Competitor company were much better and unfortunately more expensive which made me reluctantly purchase through mobiles co uk

Promised 100 Currys voucher with order Was told it would come in November called to see what was going on they said it was escalated and would take 3-4days I call again after 4 days they now say it s coming between December and January Garbage

I have taken 2 sim contract deals with Mobile co uk part of the deal was I had to claim cash back Unfortunately the last cheque before the contract expires never turned up on both occasions suggesting it s a deliberate thing but this time I m not letting it rest Still waiting for the call

lack of communication and follow-up

I placed and order for two phones for me and my partner as we were transferring our numbers from one network to another Both appeared to go through fine at first all the relevant emails were received confirming the order and the two contracts were then sent However as the days went by it the appeared that only one of the phones had went through I contacted mobiles co uk and they advised that it was likely that the second phone was declined and this would be confirmed within the next 24 hours Several days later I am still waiting confirmation that the phone was actually declined so that i can move on and make arrangements to get a second phone In summary the process appears quite good from the outset however once the order is placed there is a clear lack of feedback or contact from mobiles if the order does not progress Over 1 week later i am still awaiting confirmation that the 2nd phone will in fact not be coming

Offers are not genuine

Deal was good on the surface however there is an extra 250 cashback offer on any working phone when purchasing a Pixel 9 Pro XL I called before buying and was told it was correct and I d receive more info with my confirmation email I ve since had nothing mobiles co uk are easy to contact but staff don t know anything about this offer and generally can t help funny the sales team knew all about it and confirmed it was correct and now I have no idea how I m going to resolve it and shouldn t be wasting my own time chasing it up I wouldn t have purchased the contract without this offer and I wouldn t use again

Sold me a sim contract for 5 cost 12

Sold me a sim contract for 5 per month and the first 3 months free Turns out it s actually 12 for the first 3 months and then 20 after that As its been Christmas no one wants to deal with it at all

No attention to detail

I ordered a Vodafone SIM only contract which is fantastic value had to order by phone as there was an error message on the website I requested esim and was told that it would be sent by email from Vodafone it never arrived as the sales agent at mobiles co uk sent Vodafone the incorrect email address com instead of co uk This is of concern if someone has the com email address they would have access to my esim This was very inconvenient as I had to call mobiles co uk as well as Vodafone several times and the only way to correct mobiles co uk error was to visit a Vodafone store
