Please note this has been resolved and my mobile number will be transferred and I suggested after receiving a pleasant call with ID MOBILE they advise customers that their PAC transfer will happen as most people would like confirmation of this Placed order with them and sent my PAC number to keep my mobile number I ve had for a decade and in their great wisdom gave me a new number Tried communicating with them and they hang up Tried communicating with that ridiculous chat bot and got nowhere Avoid in my opinion as their lack of communication is horrendous

Staff on helpline were not that interested in helping resolve my issue It s still unresolved and the staff did not clearly communicate which didn t help eithet

why s it virtualy impossible to email you ive tried a fdw times only for it to be sent back as no reply email I need to contact someone a s a p as I cant use my phone on your ad you say I can use my old number but you havent done that so I cant use the phone until the number changed thank you

A credit check failed because I had a credit blocker I called up to rectify this and after some time I was diverted to an Indian call centre The background was incredibly noisy and the agent struggled to hear me Instead of checking my order he proceeded to replace the order for me I asked if that is what he was doing and he denied it despite having to tell him everything again including resubmitting my PAC code and signing documents via email He placed me on hold without notifying me and never came back to me When I called back I spoke immediately to a British agent who said he could see my original order and there was nothing wrong with it He agreed that the previous agent shouldn t have been doing what he was doing I can only assume he was trying to boost his own sales figures and when it became a bit too difficult he decided he didn t want to deal with me anymore Second agent was brilliant

Took out simple iDMobile 6GB 24 month fixed 6 price contract with you only to find contract paperwork clearly states cpi 4 5 price rises each April I now need to cancel within 14 days distance trading regs without incurring two years worth of charges Dealing direct with iDMobile I can get 30GB fixed at 7 per month for duration

The ordering process was good and went through smoothly however I had a promo code from vouchercodes to enter and there wasn t anywhere to enter it It told me you were going to take 1p from my account to verify it but instead took the full amount first time Therefore the order completed and I did not get my 30 Currys voucher from the promo code Other than that it was good

After purchasing my plan I tried to create an account and the website was not working properly I then called Mobile co uk directly and the advisor first answered as a Currys representative but then said Mobiles co uk I was then informed that I should try again in an hour I did that and I was able to create an account and login I then logged out and tried to login and it didn t work which is abit worrying Also I was informed the wrong information from the advisor that I need to contact my provider about how to claim my cashback

Limited coverage when out of house and at work Not what I expected

I can t give a proper full account of my experience with mobile UK yet because I ve only opened a new account with them I will have to wait until a few months later and if I get my mobile discount from mobile UK as they claim on their website and in my contract then I should be able to give a proper review of mobile uk

I originally gave this company 1 star however have now amended it due to finally being able to get through to someone at customer services who managed to help me The phone lines are extremely difficult to get through on and don t bother trying in the late afternoon or early evening as no one answers your call Your best bet is to try as early as possible
