I ordered a phone which said in stock on the website It was supposed to arrive next day I then received an email to inform me it would be arriving in 4 days time The day came for delivery and I had no delivery notification I eventually managed to speak to customer services who informed me the phone was not in stock and would be coming in over 2 months time They offered me no alternatives but eventually I found out that a different colour would be available in 3 weeks I was told to ring sales to arrange this and they could also amend my switch date I did this and it was not made at all easy for me In the end I had to ring my network myself to do this Unlike mobiles co uk my network were quick and helpful I would not purchase through this company again

Absolutely useless I was transferring two numbers mine and my son s and did 2 transactions mine first entering 2 PAC codes I received a text to say that there was a problem with the second transaction and I rang them to sort it out in the end they said it was nothing and just asked me to verify my details I specifically asked the person I spoke to if the number would still transfer and the LIED and told me it would It hasn t and my son has now lost his number which is linked to multiple systems DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ITS STAFF AS THEY LIE

I ordered 2 phones with vodaphone only 1 came because of the 7 day rule mine was ment to be the silver one but I received the black phone the phone arrived but I didn t have a sim card my old network disconnected on the 17th I had no service all day and I couldn t speak to my new network as no security information had been passed over to the from mobiles co uk I received the e sim the day after my phone was disconnected and still not received my second phone

Went through the order process online for a basic SIM only contract Filled in all the forms and was presented with a we cannot complete the order please call our sales team on Called the sales team who went through the exact same questions as the online form I gave the exact same answers and somehow this worked and the order was completed What was the point of this duplication of work Other than to waste my time Ordered on a Thursday and was told delivery would be Monday Perfect as I was away for a few days Friday came and I got an email saying delivery would be that afternoon No probs it s only a SIM card That will easily fit in the letterbox as I was away No I have to personally give a pin code to the driver in order to accept something that I can buy over the counter at a local supermarket They tried again Saturday I was still away Now it is Monday and my SIM is on it s way back to mobiles co uk Surely this shouldn t be so difficult

Anybody received Currys card voucher 100 with new contracts I ve got upgrade with company and offered me a Currys 100 voucher they are taking the pi for the voucher now it s nearly 3 Months to get the voucher

I purchased a phone in 16 12 2024 from mobiles co and I had to return the package unopened to be able to fit in the samsung promotion that started in 18Dec free chromebook After I returned the phone nightmare started I couldn t order any phone from nobody becomes of fake security reasons considering that for the last 8 years I never miss a payment on my contracts Customer service is terrible I don t recommend this company

First time using Mobiles co uk and am very disappointed Ordered a phone which said in stock and chose my preferable delivery date No dispatch confirmation came through so the day before it was supposed to be delivered I got in touch via Live chat Only then did they confirm that the item is on back order and not available for several weeks Misleading information on website and they said they cannot do anything by way of apology until the order is fulfilled Do not trust the advertised stock levels

Avoid if you took out a cashback offer They don t want to give cashbacks and try making it as difficult as possible They keep declining my bill I would strongly advise to stay away from this company

This company are fraudsters for the last two month I have been trying to claim my cash back all without any result and recently their web site doesn t allow you to log in with a message your account not recognised or page error
