Mobiles choice of courier is problematic

Mobiles has been relatively good Their choice of courier is the problem DPD has caused massive delays and damage to property I am now without a phone as my number is being ported but no SIM card or device has been delivered

Reasonably straightforward to place an order but the call centre operator spoke too fast and wouldn t slow down

Poor service

After placing my order which said in stock I received an email saying it was out of stock more stock expected 11 days later Over a month has passed and my order hasn t been processed and no stock wait time is now 2 months Couldn t get through via chat and was on hold forever only to be transferred to another department and put back on hold Once I finally got through we agreed I could change colour to get within another 2 weeks and I would get a call back within 10 mins to confirm Call back never came Poor service and 2 month wait for an alleged in stock product

It s too early to say I spoke to a nice sales person two days ago who arranged my new Vodafone upgrade however two days later no upgrade in evidence I tried to call them but as it was the weekend there was no one available I called Vodafone to enquire when the upgrade will take place but they said there was not one on the system I have now attempted to upgrade the same plan online so we will see how that goes before my partner applies for a similar one as she is also about to take out a new contract with Vodafone

How can I give the feedback if my switch process still not complete I request keep my old phone number

Good but badish

The process for buying the phone was really easy The switching of my old phone number to my id mobile device was also really easy The only problem I have had is the phone signal or lack of it where I predominantly spend my time All I can say is I am glad that I have WIFI where I am otherwise the phone would be rendered basically useless

I cannot fault the service from mobiles co uk I just wish their returns process was a little bit faster Up to now I spent 20 pound in returning phones I ordered the pixel 9 pro XL and I had to return it as I had problems with the Wi-Fi staying connected on the phone It would work for a few hours and then eventually the internet would not work and when I checked the settings it said limited connectivity I have been on the phone for hours with Google support for a second time and nothing is fixing the issue This is down to a software problem as this is the second pixel 9 pro XL I have received off mobiles co uk I think now I am going to return the device back to mobiles for a full cancellation Unfortunately the device I have got my eyes on is not stocked by mobiles I would not think twice about reordering with them as the issues lie down with Google via a software fix but Google Keep trying to blame the device and not software After a little research online there seems to be other people with the same problems but Google just fail to acknowledge this I m just not happy that I now have to spend another 10 pound at the post office to send back this device I will be grateful of somebody at mobiles could follow me or email me about getting this device returned and a full cancellation of the upgrade

Good prices but poor Automated systems

Good prices friendly staff and helpful and I have used them several times over the last few years for deals with no issues I have given a 3 only because I cancelled this order 2 days after it was taken exit charges to high and I am still receiving emails saying my order is still being processed I even called again to make sure it was cancelled though it was confirmed verbally I have never received written confirmation why Automated emails processes are good - but get your automated system to work with up to date information please
