Prompt delivery and good packageWas able to transfer the number easily planter but had to look through the paperwork to see howNot sure what it meant by 550GB data was it per month or overall that was a bit confusing so explaining that would be useful

Mobiles customer service is fine quick

Mobiles customer service is fine quick hassle free ordering one thing I will say DPD are an absolute waste of time I wanted Sunday delivery as I work Monday to Friday and with Christmas coming up im fuming the driver hasn t delivered my phone Looking back at my cameras he showed up to deliver a parcel to number 9 opposite side of the road he then climbed in his van and left I went to dpd live chat who were as much use as a chocolate fire guard the delivery window has now passed by 1 hour still stuck on delivery 70 out of 71 I might just get mobiles to take this delivery back to their depot and I ll order somewhere else

Really strange company - ordered phone for next day delivery - emailed to say it was out of stock I called to change the colour they said they would go ahead with credit check and call back no call back I had to chase they don t me ID declined my application I have great credit and have never been declined a credit application before They blamed it on ID but either way I will steer clear of both companies in the future A wasted credit check on my file now Update After going back and forth I believe it s down to iD mobile and their checks as my delivery address is different Chris has been helpful thank you

A quick transfer over for a reasonable price I have marked them 4 stars as the experience I had with their live chat service wasn t great waiting 1-2 mins for each reply as the customer services agent was managing three chats at once I also have not yet been given details for the Currys voucher I was promised at sign up

Order Easy Promotional Knowledge Not Great

Put my order through online but I had to change something Phoned up and they helped They hadn t a clue about one part of the promotion the additional 125 on top of the trade in price so I traded my old device elsewhere Would have been 5 stars but they weren t helpful with this and just shrugged it off

So far fine but number hasn t ported yet

Signed up to a two year contract with Vodafone and a Google Pixel 9 Phone was delivered the next day despite me requesting a delivery date two days later - was fine but a minor pain Can t comment on the service beyond this yet as the number won t be ported for another few days earliest port date was almost a week from signing up but they have sent me quite few emails chasing for a review and I d like them to stop

Mobiles UK and Vodafone did their bit to make the ordering experience uncomplicated and quick with my order being dispatched quickly However while I m now getting emails telling me how to enjoy my purchase and asking for feedback my order still hasn t been delivered by Royal Mail who sent me a notice yesterday stating it would be delivered to today with a time for delivery It has in fact been returned to a delivery centre and will now be sent to my local delivery office with no indication as to how long this will take Why anyone uses such a poor delivery service is beyond me I would have given 5 stars if not for the Post Office messing about

The cashback amount is great but sadly it is by redemption And sadly you can do only one ID network contract at once but I need 5 for all my family at once
