Worst company I ve ever came across

Worst company I ve ever came across Company run by bunch of idiots Customer Services good as non existence Better talking to brick wall Money taken for my account 4 times and no sign of refund Requesting bank to step in for charge back avoid like a plague My mrs was shocked how bad the customer service was Don t call and place the order your better off online if you ever use them As I mentioned you will talk to idiots

Taken the excitement out of receiving a new phone

Ordered a new phone for my honeymoon as my camera on my current phone is broken For some reason this was delivered to my billing address rather then the shipping address I called up told them them the mistake was told there s no mistake and there s nothing I could do about it even though when I log on to my profile it clearly says a different shipping address to where they ve sent it Called up the day after as DPD wouldn t deliver again and was told I could get it delivered to a Currys store now and it would be there within 2 days great Called up today just to be told it will take 3-5 days now it s too late and I haven t got the phone for the honeymoon No apology no offer of compensation and apparently nothing they can do to rectify the situation surely they could get another phone delivered for me to collect from somewhere at the very least

Inconvenience of a business

I purchased yesterday with my contract ending TODAY and my phone was meant to arrive today I got an email saying that you had DECLINED my order for no apprent reason and i ve had to re-do it all again and now have to wait an extra day for you to send my phone out This is unacceptable I m in need of my phone today and now I have to move my day around to be around for my mobile phone to arrive

Awful company

Awful company Ordered a new phone in November 2024 ordered was successful following a call to change person details and phone delivered A couple of weeks later received a call from the sales team asking if I wanted to upgrade my phone I already thought had been completed Call customer services who advised the deal had gone through and the would sort the monthly payments and get back to me My following months bill was received and no changes from my previous deal Called customer services who have advised the upgrade has not gone through and after two months I need to return the phone I had received no calls advising my deal had not gone through either via writing or by phone Despite complaints and chasing I never received a call back from mobiles as promised and had to constantly chase updates regarding my upgrade where I was told different information on every call I made to mobiles co uk After agreeing on the phone I would not be liable for any general wear and tear damage due to their mistake no one will put it in writing I have been with mobiles for my last two contracts and never had issues except for other billing mistakes on mobiles behalf I have logged several complaints since the middle of December 2024 verbally and in writing which have not been acknowledged Customer services is unhelpful and reading from generic script which is extremely frustrating and unhelpful Mobiles cannot even give a reason why the deal hasn t gone through so I have asked for a manager call back which never happened Awful services from start to finish would recommend looking for a contract with any other supplier than mobiles or car phone warehouse as the companies are incompetent

Ordered a sim only vodafone monthly

Ordered a sim only vodafone monthly plan and no currys giftcard so far I ordered in first week of october and i was told that i will receive in next 2-3 months now its 3 months and no sign of currys gift card there is no process to track the progress of the gift card and customer service is also clueless So dont buy while considering these gifts cards etc as you more likely will not receive any

I am still waiting for Grace from mobiles direct to contact me regarding my missing Currys Gift Card which should have been sent out to me ID mobile have informed me that Mobiles have a duty to send me this gift card not happy stop avoiding contact

Bunch of thiefsPhone was meant to come with some galaxy buds they were never delivered Wasted my time calling them 3 times to fet an acknowledgement email of the missing item each time i was assured id get an email there is still nothingReally frustrating Will be returning the phone and getting a contract elsewhereReply to your reply Apparently now there was no offer this is hilarious I will be returning the device you can shove your contract you scum

Don t Believe their Offers

Don t believe the special offers they dangle They make it impossible to claim the monthly discount After they get you contracted following the cooling off period you are fried They offer discount then make it impossible to experience as the discount has to be claimed by providing your bills and absolutely nobody at mobiles co uk help you Just don t fall for it as you will give up and be paying full price anyway No support after paying for months and trying to claim

Ordered a Samsung S24 and got a power charging pack delivered and SIM card After 2 months of continuous chasing and complaining emailing I finally got the phone Customer service lie and there back office lie also Asked to have a manager call me several times no one rang Terrible customer support must of spoken to more than 20 people Fingers crossed you don t have same issues I will not be dealing with Mobiles co uk ever again If they told me the truth I d of accepted what they said but lie after lie I can t Trust you

Let me down didn t communicate unhelpful

I ordered a phone which said in stock on the website It was supposed to arrive next day I then received an email to inform me it would be arriving in 4 days time The day came for delivery and I had no delivery notification I eventually managed to speak to customer services who informed me the phone was not in stock and would be coming in over 2 months time They offered me no alternatives but eventually I found out that a different colour would be available in 3 weeks I was told to ring sales to arrange this and they could also amend my switch date I did this and it was not made at all easy for me In the end I had to ring my network myself to do this Unlike mobiles co uk my network were quick and helpful I would not purchase through this company again
