My order was processed really quickly and I received my new Nothing Phone 2a the next day the price for the handset was also very good and fair After so many years with Samsung mobile phones I decided to change devices to a Nothing phone and I absolutely love it

The smoothest upgrade experience

Called with a few questions after browsing upgrade options online and it took less than 8 minutes to upgrade my contract That s including the agent emailing me a contract reading and signing the contract and the agent reading out the important bits of T Cs that they need to disclose As smooth as it gets - all while my network said they can t even see what upgrade options are available to me until my contract runs out

Ordered the new iPhone 16 Promax before 6pm and got next day delivery Very fast and efficient service DPD who unfortunately deliver the phone however were not that great saying they visited address when they actually did not Called mobiles co uk who were very apologetic and called DPD themselves That aside I would highly recommend them got a great deal from them with ID mobile also Easy to navigate site kept up to speed with order process can t say anything bad about them
