Overall it has been a great experience dealing with Mobileshop eu The website itself provides a large selection of products and the ordering process was very smooth The only slight inconvenience was that my package got stuck for about 5 days at the GLS shipping centre and at this point I had stopped receiving tracking updates from GLS After contacting Mobileshop eu they very quickly replied with the reason why the package was stuck some additional paperwork needed to be filled and they reassured me that everything was fine In fact some days later I received the package

All like it should be - ALMOST

All like it should be - almost I ve ordered mobile phone It was delivered in advertised time - almost There is only one thing I really DIDN T LIKE On their page was given me information that the phone was already deliverd - however it was not I had to wait for it for another 2 days with GLS So that is not cool thing to do Give the customer the right information or no information or just give tracking number That s why 4 stars - but I will order again - if the price will be cool

Almost good

The product is working as advertised The only complaint that I have is that when ordering items it took a little longer that was initially stated But the support teams has notified me about the source of the issue strikes in Germany at the time of writing

Very quick delivery and customer service I did not get Dyson airwrap model I wanted I got short instead long version so maybe to improve knowledge about some technical details of the goods they are selling But they had the best price and I love Dyson airwrap anyway

Ordered a Xiaomi 11 Lite NE in blue but the colour wasn t available Neither were any of the other colours green or pink But the customer service was nice and they sent me the black version The phone generally exceeded my expectations in terms of performance however the camera didn t live up to my expectations in low light conditions

Good price performance

The phone box was obviously opened before shipping that s why 4 5 but works completely fine Site was transparent about possibility of opening the original wrapping before I bought it so no biggie Still the price is so much lower than any other offer it was a no brainer Saved about 150 eur If the device serves well mostly battery life I ll buy again next time

Edit Thrustworthy after all

Edit Conversation was a bit awkward but everything went well Money refunded very quickly Despite of shipping based on trust it went all well Probably talked to AI but don t mind if the problem is solved I received damaged item which was quite expensive and after reclamation with proving pictures they want me to send this item on my cost to Hungary from Croatia by GLS at some unknown address of some transportation company and saying they will refund all the cost and price paid Names in e-mails are false phones submitted are not working I don t want to send this item to some unverified addresses Also I asked for change not refund but obviously it is all some kind of untrustworthy site

I got the phone in less than a week

Buying with Mobileshop is simple All the specs are correct and inline with the delivered item The only parameter a bit out of scope was date of delivery it needed two days more than advertised
