Hamza was unreadably helpful with his customer service He took time to listen to an issue we had and then help us resolve the issue My wife and I are both really appreciative and he has said if we ever need help again to ask for him and he would be more than happy to ensure we are fully satisfied Really great customer service Thank you for all your help

My initial experience of MODA

My initial experience of MODA Furnishings was very poor My parasol arrived with screws missing rusty gears having been used before However I called customer services got through to Hamza He apologised quickly noted all issues and then organised a replacement product to be delivered professional installed at my house three days later also collecting the faulty product The customer service was very good thanks to Hamza - hence 5 stars

Purchased a bistro set for the garden and am very pleased with 1 The product which is well made and strong Like the fact that the chairs recline at the back 2 The service from moda was excellent and the goods were received on date we were given 3 Would not hesitate to deal with this company again

Amazing service when ordered next day delivery was arranged The day before recieved a call to tell us when delivery was coming The delivery drivers Freed and Yaseen were very helpful didn t leave until everything was doubled checked
