Change your carrier

No problem with Modere itself But the carrier DPD was very disappointing 3 notifications 2 not met before delivery finally accomplished 1st email 6 10 delivery eventually on 10 10

Logistics great but where is the support and expertise

Delivery and packaging good but it feels like here are three products with zero advice - there is no advice or support regarding how to optimise how best to use food ideas exercise etc or any donts honestly feels like I have bought three not necessarily joined up or appropriate products

Charged for unwanted pump dispenser

Once again you have sent me a pump dispenser which I did NOT order don t need and for which you have charged me I overlooked this last time it happened I have bought the products many times over the years so am happy with them although the multipack shampoo was out of stock for months

Love the products but processing and delivery time is horrible from the EU site order placed 30 5 received 15 6 too long

Why only type 2 collagen

Surprised to read that its type 2 collagen in both skin and life version I read that type 1 3 is better for skin

Tables less than the quantity mentioned on the bottles

Hi Team I am new customer to Modere The delivery was delayed and then I got my products on13 December I started using the products and happy with the result and on second day I forgot if I have taken tablet or not so had to count one of the tablet bottle white kidney beans and found 3 tablets were less including the one I have eaten ended up counting all 3 tablet bottles 1 White kidney beans only 87 tablets 2 Endurance only 56 tablets 3 Protozyme 55 tablets I never expected it from such a big brand now I could not complete my stage2 Because of this I miss tablets for 2 days I have informed my mentor as well

Because last time I ordered from Modere

Because last time I ordered from Modere the best before date was some time in advance I decided that this time my order would be less as Experience has taught me that they are not overly concerned with the date on the product in relation to the size of the order My wirry was confirmed

I ve been with Neways Modere for 22yrs I ve loved the products love the integrity of the company but am frustrated that I can no longer buy shampoos which I e waited for now for months Please continue to supply these necessary and wanted personal care products
