For the first time I bought furniture overseas I carefully chose the shop while looking at and looking at numerous reviews I bought a drawer but the drawer arrived broken due to a delivery company problem Mohd reassured me with responsibility and sent me a new perfect drawer from Italy to Korea today I highly recommend it

Very positive experience

I ordered three chairs from Mohd to the UK They were very good value and arrived in just a week after order I wasn t sure about ordering from this company as I hadn t used them previously but overall it was a very positive experience Muriel in sales was also very helpful with some queries I had via email Very happy with the chairs too as they were difficult ones to source in the UK

Great service from Martina

I recently bought a substantial amount of furniture from Mohd and have been really impressed When I first came across them and their prices I was pretty sceptical I actually bought a teapot from them as a test to make sure I wasn t going to be scammed I also stalked a few Australian reviewers on Facebook to see if they were genuine reviews they were Anyway my stuff just arrived faster than I expected given the international crisis in sea cargo and was all in perfect condition Shipping was very reasonable I also dealt over a number of months of changing my mind and my order with Martina who was always responsive and accomodating and gave amazing service Highly recommended

Tavolo

Placed an order a few months ago Order arrived but was accidentally damaged en route Simona has been my contact person throughout this process Simona always assured me that a new replacement once it was available would be sent out Surprisingly yesterday on Valentines Day the Tavolo arrived in perfect condition Thank you Simona for your patience with me and answering all my e-mails Gianluca I want to commend you for all that you did as well to make sure this happened Thanks again to everyone at MOHD in Messina the workers to the persons in Milano as well to anyone who directly or indirectly had something to do with making this entire experience completely worth the wait We are so happy with our Tavolo Thanks again Simona and Gianluca

Extraordinary communication service and product

This was an international transaction Italy to US and so of course I was a little concerned By the end of the transaction I felt better about this transaction than any one I have conducted in years Francesca from MOHD is a tremendous communicator and did everything in her power to deliver extraordinary service Our furniture piece arrived cracked through the vagaries of nature and wood and not any fault of MOHD and Francesca made sure everything was replaced and I was fully satisfied I cannot wait to do business with them again

Brilliant customer service We have ordered from here a few times and any damages we ve had in transit have been dealt with professionally They even sent us alternative parts when an order didn t turn up as expected They are a great company really care about the customer and respond to emails quickly Thank you

Excellent customer support

I had several problems with my designer chairs manufacturing defects They organised the return for the first lot and gave me a full refund I purchased 6 different chairs from them and some of those also had manufacturing defects They replaced what needed to be replaced Both Silvia and Angelo were friendly and extremely helpful They are very reasonable just give them time to assess everything I know for sure this type of customer service does not exist from any UK retailer Keep up the good work MOHD

Amazing furniture and service

Just a quick note to thank you so much for the lovely Durame Breathe cabinet that you organised to be manufactured and delivered to our home in London It is absolutely perfect and fits our home beautifully It arrived in amazing condition as well We are so very happy with it We will most definitely use MOHD again for future purchases Thanks again

B B Italia garden set purchase

We recent bought a B B Italia garden set with 4 chairs and a table with a natural stone top from MOHD The whole purchase experience was excellent Friendly communication quick answers a very good price and really professional way of shipping and packaging The set was quit expensive and the table top can easily break during transport but everything arrived in mint condition I highly recommend this company

Very happy Mohd shop customer service went above and beyond to help with a manufacturer defect even though it was not their responsibility Mohd shop people worked hard to resolve the issue and I will not forget their kindness Thanks Silviana Also- a great range of products Postage to the UK fast and no problems everything beautifully packaged A friendly and well rounded buying experience
