Since MOHD has taken the time to answer

Since MOHD has taken the time to answer me I would like to make a new review to further justify myself and the situation in regards to the previous review 1 The reason why I contacted furniture manufacturer on the 4th March is that until 1st March I was still getting the automatic updates from MOHD informing me the they have not received the item yet and in the email a new delayed deadline was provided Guess what I contacted MOHD agent first not USM yet asked her if she could confirm the receipt of the good in their warehouse and to comply with the promise that have it delivered on the dates we agreed Her reply is as following I m checking with the dealer and will get back to you very soon At that point I wanted to take things into my hands and contact USM manager myself whom informed me the item was sent to their warehouse on time I didn t ask and he didn t tell neither on which date it was actually sent to MOHD but according to the estimated delivery time listed on MOHD website of what I ordered the estimate is 4-5 weeks Funny that MOHD mentioned estimated delivery time and the date I placed my order in their reply Yep you are correct I placed the order on 22nd Dec and you gave me the estimates of 4-5 weeks of delivery time On 1st March no one from MOHD reassured me you already have the item as step 1 despite the constant contacts I were in with MOHD indeed it s not difficult to see the obvious why I acted on it myself and spoke with furniture supplier 2 So far until this very moment I ve got no furniture in my house No one called me to arrange a delivery neither So thanks for all the efforts of explaining but words are words and right now I could not see anything beyond than just words And if I was not contacted on Friday the 18th March by courier then again the promise I have from MOHD is broken You could say you are right and I m wrong You could say I should not or should not have contact any party Honestly I don t care who is right or wrong in this situation I don t care to win or lose in the argument either on here or on anywhere else with MOHD Because it doesn t do me any benefit I m a customer who simply want to have what I bought sitting in the house

Ridiculous delays

Edit Since leaving this review the company has approached me to try to find a solution and also offered me a refund without hesitation which I accepted I don t think they are intentionally doing anything malicious but they seriously need to work on communication with their logistics partners as the issue could have been easily avoided --------------------------------------------------------We placed an order for one item on June 21st About a week later it was showing up in the order status checker as delivered to the warehouse and just awaiting quality checking and dispatch It s now been SIX WEEKS since we placed the order and it still hasn t been delivered to us We ve tried calling multiple times over multiple weeks and every time we do someone from Mohd says that once it s arrived at the warehouse THERE S NOTHING THEY CAN DO All they say is they ll ask the warehouse again to send it and then seem to act as if it isn t their problem anymore I just cannot comprehend how our item has been sat in a warehouse for 5 weeks where it would take half an hour for someone to pop it in the post yet no one has bothered Mohd customer service don t seem to care and this mysterious warehouse of theirs is uncontactable This is meant to be a premium company selling premium items but it s easily some of the worst service I ve experienced online in years

Three months passed between order and delivery which was supposed to be 3-4 weeks They had missed that they had received the delivery in their warehouse and although I made multiple inquiries they didn t seem to check it up Only after I contacted the manufacturer directly things started to happen Proposed some compensations which they agreed to Customer service was friendly but the problem was their control of stock and deliveries I suppose I still would wait for the order if I hadn t taken action myself

Incomplete order

Ordered two lamps although they appeared in stock the order was only shipped two weeks later They forgot one of the two lamps Customer service apologized and said they would ship the second lamp They forgot to ship it once again I asked for reimbursement which I received

Be aware of in stock products maybe they are not

I ordered a paper lamp that said was in stock but a few days later I received a communication that said that it will take longer because they didn t have it in stock I have been talking with a representative via e-mail and they gave me my money back and promised to send me anyway the lamp as an apology 40 eur lamp I got the money and will receive the product eventually Be aware if you need things quickly I don t think they can keep the promise

I placed an order with the company

I placed an order with the company October 28 and there have been some issues with the packaging of the item The company wants to make sure that the item since it s glass arrives in one pieceCompany is being thorough and even even though there is a delay in the promised date I know they will come through The CEO actually called me to provide an update This speaks highly about the company

Item sent in wrong Colour and slow reply from customer service

I ordered a varian balances kneeling chair at a much cheaper price than elsewhere because it came from Italy to the uk it took several weeks to arrive and then was not the right colour I contacted the company several times before receiving a reply however eventually I was offered a refund of 20 The item is great if the wrong colour and if you have a problem hang in there as they will eventually reply They turned out to be very helpful in the end Thanks

Terrible delivery time frame so far non-existent customer service

I ordered two small items brass Skultana trays on 10th December with the expectation they d arrive in time for Christmas as the delivery time frame was specified at 2-6 working days It s now the 6th working day they haven t even left the warehouse having sat there waiting for quality control packing for a week having checked the tracking every day I ve emailed called trying to speak to someone as to when they re going to be dispatched but no response It s starting to get very frustrating I would really appreciate an update from somebody or at the very least for the items to be dispatched so there s some hope they might arrive in time for Christmas

Good service and beautiful products I were missing a small piece upon arrival but Angelo made sure to send me a new one
