This company is a complete fraud Takes advance money for car rental and then completely changes the terms of what is agreed If you ask for you refund he blocks you from the WhatsApp chat and refuses to answer calls MN who claims to be the CEO is cheating customers and has made this elaborate website to make people believe that they are legit Do not book anything with them they are only out there to cheat people

I own a car rental company and paid the owner of the company trust pilot will not allow me to post his name 600 to secure a vehicle for my client The owner lead me on for weeks and then a month without paying out my commission He then went on to block me completely This company will definitely take your deposit and make up a story about how you damaged his vehicle which he probably doesn t even own Having worked in this industry for more than 10 years I know a slimy dishonest person when I see one Do not rent from this company

We had rented a car from this company until we took there services there were responsive and ok After we handed over the car back to them they confirmed that car was ok and no scratches and they would refund the security deposit in 1-3 days But they have not been replying and they have blocked me and absolutely no reply and not refunded my security deposit too The company drivers and everyone have blocked my number and not replying at all Pls contact me Grish 1502 on gmail if anyone wants any more information

Be careful - very poor or dishonest service from Marco Hired a car for our honeymoon - gave the car back to TopCar Months later received a fine for the car having been driven in unauthorised lane AFTER we had given it back Marco had given our details as having the car at the time Messaged Marco repeatedly to get him to correct it but he just ignores the messages Have no choice but to pay the fine Seeing the other reviews below I now think we got off lightly

This company is smoke and mirrors it s Russian Roulette it they scam you or not Range Rover rental in February from Florence car returned no damage They refuse to return 3 000 deposit and keep on making statements of the car was damaged But never provide any evidence or proof I ve contacted the Italian government consumer protection agency and they are now investigating the company and I recommend other victims doing the same I strongly recommend people do their research properly and ask yourself is it worth the trouble of potentially losing your money to dishonest people and criminals like this companyGovernment agency that I m in contact with has had lots of complaints so shouldn t be too long before company shut down

Yes you get your car but forget about the deposit It s been two months now I am still waiting for their response and reports stating that I damaged the car Although I am pretty sure it was never dented and I have evidence of the vehicle s status before and after delivery Be aware that the deposit will be withdrawn immediately and will not be booked as a deposit at the bank it will go directly into their account
