Do not order from Moriah Elizabeth merch Exactly like all the other recent reviews I ordered on November 15th and received an email to say order had been shipped with a DHL tracking number This number doesn t exist as I have spoken with DHL I have emailed numerous times and have had no reply My daughter idolises Moriah Elizabeth and I don t know how she can sleep at night knowing so many children will not be getting their Santa gifts because of her How do you explain that to a child Don t accept people s money if you can t fulfill the order especially at this time of the year Absolutely disgusting

Avoid-goods not arrived
Ordered in November still waiting for delivery No response from company despite emailing several times DHL tracking number non existent AVOID I have a horrible feeling I have been scammed Update 3 2 23 my art set arrived nearly 3 months after original order I am pleased for my daughter it is finally here However there has been no response from Spring despite multiple emails chasing where my order was I wouldn t order again from this site due to the delay and poor communication

Moriah Elizabeth TeeSpring scam
Placed order on November 25 for a Christmas gift and my card was charged 80 the same day Contacted teespring order processor for Moriah Elizabeth site several times with either bounced emails or no response I then disputed charges on my card and suddenly teespring emailed and said they could not provide a resolution until i closed the dispute Not sure i want to do that because once closed i can t reopen

Disappointing Untrustworthy
Same as others on here by the sound of it Ordered 18th Nov given a delivery date of between 7th and 12th Dec No further communication until today informing me the items won t be delivered until after Christmas Really disappointing and a big waste of money Won t be using this site again Untrustworthy and disappointing

Don t order Merch either never arrives or arrives damaged paint set arrived with exploded paint can t get a response from anyone I ve had huge issues with everything I ve ever ordered for my daughter I guess I need to learn my lesson Never EVER ordering again Trying to reverse credit card charges for damages orders

Don t waste your time
Never received order confirmation No response from support when attempting to reach out for status twice They had no problem charging my account though How am I supposed to explain this to my daughter that one of her favorite YouTubers failed to send the merch that she wanted to buy They are essentially stealing money from an 8 year old

Like a lot of other reviews on here - ordered 2 items on 12th Nov got an email on 16th Nov to say 1 item had been dispatched Supposed to have been delivered by 16th December DHL tracking number does not work Have contacted customer services and spring no response Both items were supposed to be Santa gifts really REALLY not looking forward to Christmas Day and trying to explain this to a 7 year old

ME Stationary set used as a Holiday football
I ordered ME Stationary set Order placed on 11 17 23 Package was received on 11 21 23 - so in plenty time for Christmas Unfortunately for me the Juniper staff packaged the cardboard stationary box in a plastic envelope The shipping agent either tossed it around while processing the package or maybe the delivery agent dropped kick the box to my porch I have impact holes in the plastic shipping bag as well as pavement impact scars Needless to say the stationary box that I paid 34 99 was damaged beyond giving as a Christmas gift I filed a claim further asked to provide photos which said were provided I m still waiting as the clock counts down to Christmas That item should have never been shipped in a plastic envelope I had a rather large order over 120 and was charged 19 50 for shipping It should have been shipped in a box with bubble-wrap Ho Ho Ho Hope this doesn t happen to anybody else
