If only I could give zero stars I have ordered plenty of releases from bands The product always arrives by release date and typically before The Merchtable order arrived 10 days late There was no communication I sent an email and they responded to my email almost a week after I sent it Their response was empty and the real cherry on the cake was that their response had a link to give a review of their customer service and when I opened it it automatically gave them a star and a good review I will never use them again You should not either

I have ordered a number of times and never really had a good experience A few months ago I ordered two albums and a couple posters which took more than three weeks to arrive after paying more than 6 00 for shipping I thought I would give them another try 3 weeks ago I ordered one album Paid over 6 00 for shipping again I am still waiting for it Three weeks I will NEVER order from them again

i wish the band i ordered merch from chose a different company to fulfill their stuff because these guys are scammers they are holding a preorder from months ago hostage and customer service is zero help i also saw on twitter they ve been putting weird christian propaganda booklets in some packages absolutely horrible i really hope they ship my order today and i don t have to report them

Honestly I have ordered band merch from merchtable a couple of times now and it s usually okay at least quality-wise Big problem 1 is that shipping is outlandishly expensive I live 4 1 2 hours away from their warehouse I cannot conceive why I am paying double digits for shipping costs I wish that was a joke but I have paid 12 18 8 and 10 for shipping on orders only ordered like 60 worth of stuff My last experience with the company has caused me to completely boycott them I ordered a 55 hoodie 10 shipping in early June Got the wrong size at the end of June Immediately emailed the company requesting a return and refund Takes them until MID JULY to respond to my email I ship the hoodie back to them during the same week I have not received a refund and it has been OVER A MONTH I have emailed them and they once again refuse to respond
