Electric reclining chair

The actual ordering of the item was very straightforward and reviews were good However delivery took much longer than I thought The chair itself works well and is very quiet but I find the seat much too hard and thus uncomfortable I cannot sit on it for very long at a time

as far as the chair is concerned

as far as the chair is concerned it s very nice and works well so you get five stars for this But in this time of technology and communications I don t think it works very well with yourself and the delivery company I instructed the delivery company three times with a restriction of delivery of the chair owning to my wife s ill health And it took them three times to get it correct which took a lot longer for the chair to come so you only get 3 stars for that The 2 delivery men were very very nice and helpful getting it into the house and setting the chair up for me Give them both a pay rise 10 star

Wrong item colour delivered

As you are aware you delivered the wrong item causing inconvenience it was delivered to my sons house for logistical reasons I went to retrieve it then found out Could not take home and assemble it as I had planned last Monday But errors do happen and it was quickly resolved thanks Update took a while to assemble as a couple of screw holes were not perfectly aligned but all good very comfortable and happy with it

Armchair Delivery

Delivery was punctual Driver was friendly but apparently our flat access made everything very difficult No other delivery has ever complained previously Also unpacking a large item and disposal of all the packaging is difficult in an apartment A good service would provide this help as part of the whole delivery

Cock up by someone on delivery team

Well one cancelled delivery after time slot given had passed only when I called finally was i told delivery would not take place that day due to illness would of been good to of been notified earlier in the day Second delivery date one of four chairs was incorrect type of finish leather instead of fabric not very happy about this await yet further delivery date For exchange chair so NOT VERY GOOD

Disappointing workmanship

While the chair is comfortable I was pretty disappointed with the workmanship Obviously not quality controlled as the the screw holes on the chair frame didn t match up with the arms At over 300 this isn t a cheap item I would have expected better workmanship Morris Living offered to send out two new arm sections but I d already broken down the box and it would have been a faff repacking them

Took 2 weeks to organise a delivery

Took 2 weeks to organise a delivery unanswered emails and texts being the problem Once realised delivery went to plan Chair itself is fine thought packaging had being opened and there are scratching on the front metal support line it has been a return Nothing worth considering sending back

Swivel chair - tricky self assembly

I was generally pleased with the service and product However the self-assembly instructions were very poor indeed - the print was too small and there were errors omissions I have done lots of self assembly over the years but this one is at the trickier end

IT S NOT JUST THE CHAIR THAT S RELAXING Firstly the chair is excellent itis comfortable in all it s positionsand is easy to use It does everything it s supposed to Pity it took 2 reminders and a wait of several weeks to get it delivered Pity too that the delivery men were so unhelpful when asked to move another chair to make room the reply not our job mate was less than considerate

don t pay for their professionals to put your chair together

you pay 80 quid for essentially a couple of dpd drivers to come into your home and ask if they really need to do it cos it s too hard listen to them on the phone to head office saying there s no instructions and they don t know how to do it it s a million miles from how its advertised as professionals who will demonstrate it s been put together properly they even tell you to track on an app that their drivers aren t even registered with so there is no tracking ultimately I would not recommend the company as the chairs are over priced and they are unprofessional
