Ordering and delivery worked very well The price was good The only slight issue was that the wooden base of the footstool was a bit marked

Easy to order and very quick delivery however the base was dented which was a shame

Ordered a recliner on Feb 24 When I had received no communication after a week I called and asked where the recliner was and after pressing the issue for a couple of days was told that the courier had lost the chair Was offered a replacement or refund I chose a replacement and am now hoping it does not disappear I must say the company does not seem concerned about us in any way and I get the feeling my enquiries were interrupting an otherwise pleasant day for the customer service man Further update Finally delivered chair early on March 20 but it didn t work so they took it away Promised to deliver on March 22 first thing between 7am and 10 am 10 am passed called Humber services they said coming between 1230 and 130 Didn t show and now saying chair not on van It s been over a month since we ordered this chair for my wife hope she lives to see it No apologies or compensation offered What a nightmare Should have black hole rating Well we finally have the chair and to be fair it is a very good product and my wife is very happy with it I hope that Morris Living learns from this and puts a more robust system in place and the same for Humber Services who have some very good employees but also some very bad ones

Excellent when ordering delivery Instructions to build too small - utube helpful Some holes covered with material difficult to get screws in Quite comfortable VJF

Although very pleased with the delivery but in hindsight I am disappointed with the charge applied to the set up delivery It took just about 10 minutes to set it up with minimum disposal package

Ordering fine delivery excellent However there is a tiny pinhole on one of the arms which I am a bit concerned about Took some putting together

I wasn t expecting to have to wait so long for my delivery and when I did get a date it was cancelled and I had to wait a further 5 days I would have been less likely to order from you if I had known this I was in a lot of discomfort after my operation and needed the chair a lot sooner than I got it

Chair and footrest were of good quality and comfortable However the instructions for assembly were extremely small and the diagram difficult to follow Fortunately there was an on line tutorial which was very helpful and useful

Took a week to deliver my rise recliner chair I paid an extra 29 99 to have it set up and the packaging taken away However the two gentleman that delivered it were not aware of this and just left it in the room I wanted it to go in When I rang to complain the lady on the phone said they could send someone out to assemble it but couldn t say when so she refunded my money The chair itself is very comfortable and works perfectly

I bought this chair as I was going for surgery on my spine Please be aware that if you purchase the heat and massage chair the massage plates can be felt during non massage use and are really quite uncomfortable
