Purchased a nice iPhone 13 case website nice and quick case arrived within a few days When I offered up the phone and case to my in-car holder it didn t stick magnetise After a very long response time to what I thought was a simple enquiry my car holder is very magnetic as to why the holder doesn t simply lock-on to the case I was told the technology doesn t work like that The solution A 31 car holder which is compatible This has shades of Apple where devices drive their own market design incompatibility etc etc This should have been made clearer on the website that the technology isn t simple and that a compatible holder would be required I ll therefore do what I ve done with previous holders and simply whack a self adhesive magnet on the back Far from a classy solution I just hope the case does what it should do and protects my phone like on the TV These aren t cheap but I refuse to pay another fee thus further locking me in excuse the pun to mous products

Always great products although recently didn t receive my parcel and mous offered to replace the product I had to visit my local Apple Store to buy replacement to ensure my phone was protected at launch What would have made this better would have been if I got a refund Amazon marked product as letterbox when this wasn t the case Given the product I ordered I doubt this would be possible to post through a letterbox

I love the new case but the new MagSafe wallet is trash compared to their old ones I have three cards in it and they slip out constantly especially when I take one out And it s really bulky compared to the old one that had individual slots for each card which no longer works for the new case because the magnets are backwards I bought another wallet from a different company literally a day after using this one I honestly want to return it because it s that bad

Orderd the Hybrid Glass Screen Protector Arrived within the time so that s a good start Went to fit a protector onto my phone took the screen protector out the sleeve and its all wrinkled up brokenThe phone bed just slides around a rubber stopper on the bottom would be a good idea Only got one cleaning wipe dust sticker even though it s a 2 pack

Have gone from the best of the best to the worst of the worst Supported Mous since the Kickstarter days The products and customer service was the absolute best you could ask for But now it s all gone down the pan Customer service might as well not exist All you get now is very slow sometimes a week later a generic email saying the same thing over and over again They advertise products and all you to buy said products when they don t even have any of the products you ve paid for it s taken over 3 months to get the case as I ordered even before I brought my new handset then 4 months to get the screen protector which I ve not even used as I had to protect my new phone straight away not 3 months later Resorted to buying yet another Mous case from Amazon and it arrived quickly It s a real shame they ve got way too big and haven t got the products or staff to provide what they are offering This is the last time I will use their products and will find a alternative

Beware the marketing I don t know as a company how you spend over 4 million on R D as the adverts claim and this is the best they can come up with I ordered the limitless 5 0 at a cost of over 50 I genuinely have had better quality cases from the local phone shop at 1 5 of the price The cases look really premium in the videos and on the website However now that I ve purchased one I can see why most of the close ups of the cases are computer renderings making them look well refined The actual product is miles below what they have you believe The proprietary Air shock lining in the marketing content would suggest it s some kind of impact ballistic gel however in reality it s a hard plastic that i m convinced is just the same material as the outer case just a different colour The amount of 5 star reviews baffles me why anyone would feel happy to receive this case for the money Most of the features they pride themselves on for protection like the raised edges mag safe etc can be found on the majority of other cases I really can t see anything that s revolutionary on these that warrant the price tag

Bought two items Got the first five days later Never got the second Wanted a refund Denied Said they d send a replacement Two weeks later and still nothing Told them I d dispute Refunded

Purchased the Hybrid Glass Protector and after just 10 days it is very badly scratched to the point that it affects the viewing quality of the screen It has just been used to protect the phone in my pocket and for general use so nothing excessive Very disappointed at how easily scratched this glass is especially given the cost at 30 This review is not anti Mous as I have one of there cases and up to now it has been excellent Honestly going forward in my opinion its not worth buying this expensive option when you can get the same performance from a 2 99 product from eBay Maybe I have been unlucky and it was just a bad batch Given the product 2 stars instead of 1 due to the accessories to help the glass installation

I previously wrote a 5 review because their customer service is really good but the quality of the product I ordered the slim black pixel 8 pro cover has a design flaw So they sent me a replacement free of charge but guess what The case is breaking at the exact same place Shame to have such poor quality products when your customer service is slow but very good
