Great Mous products But

I received a faulty product but the customer service sent me a new bag without a problem My only bad remark regarding the shipping is that the return order was not free

Package didn t arrive but they were quick to fix just waiting now

I really like the Mous product line - the Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G phone case the Galaxy S23 phone case and the desktop and car Magsafe holders My only gripe is that the Note20 Ultra 5G phone case isn t compatible with the desktop and car Magsafe holders for the Galaxy S23 phone case the Limitless 3 0 versus the Limitless 5 0 Mous should AVOID this issue in future models regardless of the brand of the phone

I MouS case products

My package tracking details said that the package had been delivered but I never received it I understand that this is a courier issue and not necessarily a Mous issue Customer support have been very helpful and I m looking forward to receiving my goods

4 star after resolution

I MouS case products fit to purpose elegant and well made Saved my phone many a time What l do not like is their Logistics service provider DPD l received a pair of shoes destined for Saudi Arabia instead of my car suction mount WHY Because MouS sorted it out fast and l now have my car mount and its all A OK

Mous be good

Never received an order confirmation I payed on the mous website using Apple Pay and never got any confirmation expect the charge on Apple Pay and my bank account The support email responds very slow and has not been any help so far Very disappointing as I was excited for the case Update- Thank you for resolving the issue The tracking number link is not working but i understand that may take some time to activate Will you continue to wait for my mous case

Giving Mous a shot after repeated bad experiences with trusted mobile cases Let us see how it holds up However the initial experience with the product and follow-up support has been pleasant

What started out as terrible earlier

Technical issue with case Response was quick and the rep Jay was genuinely concerned with getting me satisfied and communicated just the right amount without felling like I was talking to a Bot Mous has consistently shown me great product and good service and the phone case is everything I expected and the best of 18 cases I have owned Great protection sleek low profile with great engineered features
