Case warped after six months warranty granted a replacement which is fine but you can only claim once so if this fails tomorrow I m out of luck Within the terms of a supposed lifetime warranty or not it s a rubbish process So fingers crossed this one doesn t fail as well

Nice idea but for an expensive case screen protectors the quality isn t there The cover on the back is scuffed without being dropped so this can only be from surface wear and the screen protector is no better as it has gained a crack without being dropped both within 4 days Gonna stick to rebel cases next time

Purchased a case for my iPhone and was initially happy After fairly light use the case started to get sticky I approached Mous and they responded well quickly offering a choice of replacements Sadly the replacement case has now failed and has split down one side Approached Mous but this time they have wriggled a bit stating the replacement does not have warranty Although the replacement was supplied in 2021 it appears I am not alone with this particular fault Mous have now offered a 20 discount against a replacement Lost faith now and have moved to a different brand

Decided to shell for a more premium case with my new phone and decided to get a mous case and screen protector The case seems great and solid The screen protectors were not The application process was not very good and both failed to stick correctly to my phone I did contact customer service who albeit asked for a video of it hard when you only have one phone sent me two more Apparently the 4th screen protector is the charm although it was not on perfect Annoyingly today after dropping my phone the case hasn t done its job with a slight lib on the edges and the screen protector took the impact leaving it cracked For super premium products they re ok but I don t feel worth it next time I will stick with a brand like tech 21

I was exited to be able to buy a British for once I purchased a case and a hybrid screen protector for my new iPhone I ve had about 30 screen protectors over the years However the Mous expensive screen protectors application system is very poorly designed leading to almost impossible fitting and the company s remedy to this seems to be to provide two so you can be twice as frustrated I did email them and the initial response seemed to be - This is our product - we know it s not great and poorly designed - but so are many others - now you ve bought it you will just have to accept it as we will hide behind our guarantee if you challenge us as its not faulty Fortunately I challenged this position and as below we reached an agreeable outcome - it seems someone is listening which is to their credit

As a long time and satisfied Mous customer I take no pleasure in writing a critical review Positives Case still robustly made and tight fitting PC to PU structural transition much more neat Floating buttons fix one of those things I never liked on the 4 0 heavy to use integrated buttons with poor feel Also reduces dirt ingress Negatives MagSafe magnets weak No longer sufficiently strong to use an Apple MagSafe charger as a car mount A 13 Ringke Onyx case works fine its magnets are much stronger Sharp rear edge is uncomfortable Especially obvious now that the naked phone is so much more comfortable Should have added a radius to complement the new phone shape Moulding lines along front and rear edges while good by injection moulding standards add to the sharp feeling Perhaps they could be moved slightly when the tooling needs replacing to avoid high touch areas In particular lines on front edges are scratchy when swiping across screen Those buttons Yes they feel great but something makes them too easy to press accidentally Not just because they take a lighter press because I don t have the same problem without the case Do they protrude too far The limitless was a standout when first introduced iPhone X Hasn t progressed with new innovations very much since and competition is now much stronger In conclusion getting hard to justify paying 70 for this small piece of plastic Weak magnets make it unusable for me

Recently bought a Mous Intralock Case and motorcycle mount Quality superb But used it about 5 times and it looks like the image stabiliser has gone on my iPhone 12 Pro So disappointed Tried everything to fix it and booked into the Apple Store Hopefully it s not a new phone Further to the response below I am a member of the Triumph Speed Twin 1200 Facebook group I asked if any of the members had suffered camera damage to their iPhones Not one However they were all using Quadlock or Ultimate Addons So beware buyers Mous don t care and seem to imply their product should not be viewed as fit for its designed purpose

I used to have an iPhone silicone case for two years and I was rather happy with the feeling of comfort and grip in hand It saved my phone from a couple of drops on the pavement I bought this Mous recently and it doesn t feel premium to me whatsoever Even the leather in the back makes the case more slippery like the feeling of the sides of the case I am sceptical about my phone being secure in this case as I was wondering why they mentioned nothing makes your tech indestructible inside of the box and not outside when they are sure about their product

Ordered the case screen protector for the Pixel 8 Pro Case is fine fits well and the magsafe component also works well The screen protector though is a shambles it does Not cover the last 2mm of the screen and is very sharp you could easily actually cut yourself on it Considering this is a 30 purchase for something that shouldn t be sold as it stands is poor I feel that they should go back to redesigning their protector so that it covers the area Properly They have now refunded me as I was not happy with it stood I am now amending my review Their case is great and compares well up against other respected cases although I do wish that the colour had closer matched the Bay colour of the Pixel 8 Pro

No doubt at all about the quality of their products I was just really disapointed to see that they increased their prices a month prior to make it look like they were on a discount on black friday season I had heard before that there are companies out there that do that just didn t think mous was one on them
