Fantastic cases with 5 customer service I have purchased several cases from Mous for my family They are great quality feel good to use and protect your phones well Recently I left my phone out in the scorching heat on holiday and the headphones side warped slightly This only happened with my case my sons was fine so I think it was a flaw with this particular case I contacted Mous and they instantly sent me a replacement

This is the best phone case I have ever had I bought it when them were a brand new company on indiegogo before they had their own website I al a regular phone dropper and this case withstood the test of time I had purchased the suction car mount and screen protector as well which both were great The only reason I had to get a new screen screen protector was my roommates dog chewed on my case at the edge of the screen protector and my case bamboo case damaging my screen Otherwise the protector was still fine on the rest of the screen In Texas no suction mount withstands extreme heat of the summer so after many years of it being constantly on my window in my car it finally went out on me My original bamboo case has a magnetic component to it which still works get to this day with magnetic case mounts After 7 years of repetitive use my case finally began to come apart Knowing I always purchase products with the best warranty possible I looked to see if they were still around and if they had a warranty There cases have a 25 year warranty for case defects which is unheard of Having loved my bamboo case I reached out with a video of my case defect and with responded immediately heck quicker than I even realized being a day two before Christmas I sent it I was super surprised how quickly they reached out to me holding firm to their warranty policy They even sent my the newest version of my case 1 0 discontinued with a walnut wood 4 0 case The new case has even been updated to MagSafe which is apparently now a standard magnetic aspect for phone cases I am so impressed by this whole company between amazing products values concepts and customer service they can be beat Otterbox and all the other fancy cases don t hold a dime compared to them They have the best quality with all nature cases I am an all natural type girl so that was one thing that originally drew me to them I have told everyone I know and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone Companies with values and products like these make you really keep your faith in the world that seems to be going away from quality If you are looking for a case this is the case you should get
