My go to case for my iPhone

Every time I upgrade my iphone I purchase a Mous case I haven t had any issues with their cases before but my current limitless 5 0 for the iPhone Pro Max warped where the volume buttons are This was just over a year of average use I sent a warranty request for an exact replacement the next day I was told it would be replaced and shipped shortly The following day I received the tracking number and confirmation it would be delivered the next day This is over the festive period too Thank you for the excellent customer service

I have been using Mous products for 7 years with my various iPhones and they just keep getting better and better - from good to awesome from awesome - to superb I started with a gift from my boss - now all my family uses Mous cases and accessories But wait that s not all - not only Mous has good products - they provide superior customer service too Quick response when you have questions fast delivery and after partly stolen lost parcel by DPD courier - Mous just gave new item without any questions My case once got broken after three years of heavy usage - no problem Take a new one for free I hope you will become biggest company in the branch because you guys are already biggest in the heart

Excellent customer service

Very pleased with the case wrist strap and screen protector I purchased I had a slight problem on Christmas Day but the customer service team responded on Boxing Day and sorted the problem out immediately I will definitely purchase more products in the future Excellent service

First class products backed by first class support

I have owned iPhones and iPads for decades and always protect them in cases Recently I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max and after reading review upon review I purchased a Mous case I don t think cases come better than these I had reason to contact support and can say the response was excellent In future these will be my goto cases Highly recommended company

Amazing products - even better customer support

Great minds behind the product and wonderful support team to provide an awesome customer experience My first Mous product was the speckled case for the Pixel 5 I had an accident where a car drove over my phone screen side down on the road and I found tire track on the cloth side of the speckled case The phone had no damage whatsoever and it is all thanks to the amazing minds behind this product I have also had wonderful experience with the customer service team who is always willing to help the customers With my latest Pixel 7 case there was some quality manufacturing issue When I reached out to the team they were more than willing to make it a very easy process for sending me a new case

I made a change after placing my order and several people worked very hard to help me with it I have had mous phone covers on every one of my phones since these became public I drop my phone almost daily have never had a problem with damage I believe in this product

Professional company looking after their customers

What an excellent service I received from Claudine Her professionalism and approach was up there Really high standards as a company The wireless mount charger was faulty She placed an order for me for a replacement which I am going to be having delivered within 2 days I highly recommend Mous as company Many many thanks from Andreas to Claudine
