Good Customer Service
I ve been doing business with MSC for a little over a year and have been very happy with the overall level of customer service and the pricing My original salesperson Jheo Alvarez is still willing to get involved post-sale when I have any issues that need resolving so I really appreciate that commitment and follow through He is an asset to the organization

We had physical damage to our terminal put it out of commission 18 hours after contacting MSC I had a new terminal in my possession After a couple of minutes on the phone with Jake Ramirez she had my terminal up and running and we are back in business Great Service
