Absolutely useless staff abusive laid back and no cooperation whatsoever Mr Iain Last seems to think he is the only company who can provide this service It took him 5 days to set up the account While complaining it took him 1 minute to produce a quote proving that he was least bothered and could not be asked to work Avoid them even if you re disparate

Msc should be in the Guinness world record as the worst shipping company on the planet Since December 18th till date my container hasn t gotten to Nigeria Tracker shows Lome in Togo with no consistent transshipment date Now I have lost my client who was to buy my goods Am just left to fate To any one reading this and hoping to use msc YOU DO THAT ATBYOUR OWN RISK

This may be the worst company I ve ever encountered All shipping lines are pretty slow moving but this company takes the cake for being absolutely horrible I have incurred charges time and time again for their negligence They don t care what happens as long as they get paid Shipping charges storage charges admin charges XYZ charges They re all a bunch of crooks Do yourself a favour and choose any other shipping company you can because they re not worth the headache or the financial strain

We have had the worst nightmare with MSC shipping zambia and India There people are unprofessional and if they made a mistake they will not take responsibility They made mistakes with our documents and then when we were stuck asked us to pay almost 8000 in damages to get our container household goods out of Customs when we were only doing a residential shift Poor stressful horrid frustrating experience I beg beg beg you to never use MSC Thank you Mrs singhNew delhi

Worse shipping line ever Shameless and scandalous service being ripped off every day for charges incurred because they ignore you and don t pick up the phone and then move your containers off quay so you cannot arrange your own haulage Not a care in the world and poor clients foot the bill for their pathetic service which causes them to go bankrupt

This was the worst trip I have ever experienced and I am extremely dissatisfied with MSC s service On the first night in my cabin where I was staying alone I got bug bites The bites were intensely itchy waking me up every night and I couldn t stop scratching The bites became red and inflamed The reception did not admit it is bug bites even though the medical center has confirmed so They refused to change cabin due to no evidence there is bug Then I got 2nd bug bite which all over my arms belly and back They finally agreed to a cabin change after long negotiations promising to cover my medical expenses However on the last day of the cruise I found they had still charged me for medical treatment and again and denied any evidence of bug bites The staff I talked with is Jos David Acosta he is not helpful at all always asking me is I ate wrong food after I have confirmed many times about doctors diagnose on bug bite He also asked me to stay calm even though my body is all over bites while not helping out at all The customer experience is the worst ever and I would not recommended anyone of MSC

Minus 100 - this company should not be existing

If there was minus I would have given minus 100 I have experienced multiple import and export shipments through MSC over various years in multiple organizations MSC messed up every single time They take containers for a stroll around the world and take no responsibility in delivering the shipments on time This shipping line company should NOT be existing

Blue collar thieves Bad service no availability of containers 2 week routes now take 2 months have monopoly on routes inflated surcharges You people should be ashamed of yourselves Massive net profits during a pandemic yet you dont try and assist exporters in any way Owners and directors should be locked up you damn thieves
