Waste of Money

I bought a pair of Muck Arctic Pro Extreme boots with Real TreeEdge because the tag on them advirtised a confort range of -60F -50C 30F -1C and the first time out in 28 degree weather realize I had wasted my money My toes froze even with two pair of socks on Don t waste your money on these boots because you can t return them after you wear them It s false advertising all the way

No show boots

You excepted our order then we had to contact you to find out where our order was to be told the boots were no longer available After waiting almost 10 days for them to arrive then we had to wait a further 5 6 days for a refund even though you had taken the money straight away we were very disappointed with the service

How can I talk to someone at Muck Boots I would like to by several hundred pairs of boots from them

I have been trying to get Muck Boots attention via their website contact page but as yet they have yet to reply despite my appeals for some urgency I would like to talk to someone on the telephone if possible but they do not provide an contact telephone number Does anyone have a number for them in the UK

Extremely poor service up to 48 hour to reply to an email I had to return my boots as they were the wrong size I had to pay for the return on 8 01 24 today is the 31 01 24 Refund still not received

I orderd some much boots and paid for express delivery but I have had no delivery details and it s been 4 days The shop app is ribbish is no inaccurate so sont understand why they use this Very disappointed with service

Very disappointed

Very disappointed 3 100 waterproof pairs I ve got from Muck Boots and none of the 3 pairs could hold the water The sole of the last pair of boots I bought wasn t even built properly but I decided not to make any problem with it because I really need it for work I guess pay for expensive stuff it isn t always worth it I ll probably not buy any other thing for Muck Boots anymore not worth it In regards of the answer from Muck Boots Yes for the first pair I did receive a refund and I m grateful for it But I still had to buy 2 more pair of boots and have the exact same outcome I would be more happy to pay for something that actually does what it is saying on the description I don t have time to buy and return the boots every time and deal with the returning cost of it as well

Got Foragers last summer and used it

Got Foragers last summer and used it every morning since for foraging dog walking in the woods These had started to separate and leak on the side after not even five months These are my first pair and experienced them very comfy but definitely not worth money

Have had 3 pairs of Muckboots and they

Have had 3 pairs of Muckboots and they are really comfy at first and they do not last The last pair I bought two years ago and use only for ordinary walking on pavements Not heavy usage They developed a hole in the top of the boot over the foot so obviously useless in rain now which was the main reason I bought them The tall boots seem to be lasting ok although I don t wear them much The short wellies have holes in both sides after a couple of years After spending hundreds of pounds I d expect better quality Oh and I contacted customer services with a picture and was told that the hole was fair wear and tear Not sure how - perhaps these boots are meant for ornamental display only Anyway I will not be buying from them again if they will not stand behind their products

Love them but only wear them winter They have now splits on sides with cracks and the soles have filed with water so unusable Disappointed as I have old wellies from the 90ies who are still solid but uncomfortable on long dog walks Quality lacks

Sad Muck Boot fan

I have had two pairs of muck boot Outscape now The first pair lasted 8 months I bought another pair last October I followed the care instructions to the letter bought all required to protect them Within 6 months they were leaky around the seams I m gutted I use them twice a day for an hour at a time I m now looking for a new pair of waterproof boots Please Muck Boot talk to your manufacturer I love Muck Boots but won t be buying another pair
