Ok so good points are the boots are very light and easy to get on or off They d be fine for gardening and dog walks if it s not too slippery underfoot They don t offer any foot protection so not good for horses and because I have an old ankle injury they are are too flimsy to offer any support for this I have kept them but won t buy this type again

I received my KIDS HALE TALL BOOTS just under a year ago and really liked them comfortable warm good for dog walking They were worn all over the winter months put them on again this week due to the rain and felt I had a wet foot When I looked closely one sole had a split all the way across and the other one was starting to split Muck boots say this is just wear and tear But for the price of the boots I think only lasting a year and not worn all the time is not very good

I like the product but tried several times to get a pre-sales answer from the online support and never received a reply despite multiple attempts Not only irritating and a disappointing customer experience but it will cost me about 15 since I will end up paying twice for returns rather than just once

A little tight getting on but once on very comfortable but unfortunately the liner has gone inside the heal don t feel I have had the full lifespan out of these boots Shame

So many people now offer free returns that I was only dissapointed that Muckboot don t Everything else was fine but the one pair of boots I ordered weren t quite what I expected so I returned them

I have had many pairs of Muck Boots they have been my go to wellies for years now They are warm and comfy so I haven t bothered looking elsewhere I ordered a set of Mudder boots in my standard size and they were too small Unfortunately Muck Boots don t offer free returns so I emailed customer services asking if as a gesture of goodwill they would cover the return shipping as it s a reasonable assumption that sizing should be consistent across a brand and I have been a customer for many years Their reply was that sizes vary and as this isn t a fault they wouldn t cover it To top it off this response took 10 days which doesn t fill me with confidence of having an actual problem dorted if the boots developed a fault In the meantime I have ordered the correct size and will return the other set but unfortunately I think these will be my last set

First pair I ordered were Arctic muck boots couldn t get them on my feet easily Called customer service and asked which were suitable for large calves and high instep unfortunately lady wasn t much help I ordered another pair in the sale which had more neoprene in hoping the fit would be better but no so sent those back as well Local garden centre sells muck boots so went in there and tried on a pair and fitted very well First day of wearing fine second time the top of the rubber base rubbed my calf roar where it folded over due to my large calves I am going to try and stretch the tops as apart from that they are a fantastic boot Would be beneficial if website showed local stockists so you can try before you buy

Service was very good Quick delivery once order placed The boots however are very heavy unlike my previous pair so when working in mud and snow they become even heavier making wearing them tiring

Poor quality My last pair of muck boots lasted 5 years with no issues However I bought my current pair 5 months ago and both boots are now burst at the heel Very disappointed

I ve used muck boots for around 15 years never had a problem I bought the wider ankle boot due to swelling and initially they were ok now about 11 months later the right boot has come unglued on all the seams left boot perfect husband has used a strong glue to reattach
