poor quality leak and neoprene wears away on heel

I have bought several pairs of Muck boots for dog walking the last three pairs have all leaked and I get wet feet the last pair I bought just over a year ago woody max I have worn them six months maximum they again leak and on the inside by the heel the neoprene has all worn away on both boots making them too uncomfortable to wear for the cost of them the build quality is poor if you don t buy them direct from Muck boot they do not want to know even though they make them amazon have just given me a full refund no questions asked excellent customer service the boots are exceptionally comfortable when brand new unfortunately they do not last just purchased some aigle s and will never purchase another pair of Muck Boots

Bought boots and paid at check out 36 in their sale they actually charged over 55 I have queries this through their customer service as I would not have agreed to pay this I have a screenshot of the amount asked for and a bank screenshot of the actual amount taken they have come back to say that the extra amount is for their charges why would I want to pay that I have told them I want a cancellation and refund or a refund of the overcharge outrageous do not use

AVOID THIS COMPANY - USELESS PRODUCT

I begrudge giving one star boots internal lining worn away at the heel after 6 month told it was fair wear and tear now the front has split and leaking after less than a years use Once again told fair wear and tear save your money and buy another brand Had similar issues with hunter wellies and they refunded straight away This company is awful

Muck service no response nor refund

Have send the ordered boots back According to my tracking information the parcel has been delivered correctly to the return address in Gloucester Have since then never heard anything back from them despite my 5 separate emails and entered contact forms over the last month Have neither received my refund of 400 euros I will take further actions now via my legal advisor and the support of PayPal and my credit card company Shameful Please think twice and consider wisely before buying here

Backwards yokel business contradicting returns policy lack of robust returns procedure for example two different return addresses stated Below industry standard in many ways Emailed for help no response after 4 days thus far Emails take 2 minutes to reply to there s no way your cottage industry excuse of a company gets more than 30 emails an hour You need to keep up DO NOT BUY DIRECT

muck boots sole fell off

I purchased a pair of muck boots Jan 2021 I wear them in the winter predominantly and in only 3 seasons and the sole has completely fallen off I have written not only once but 4 times to Muck Boots company they eventually replied but they are not interested I have had other wellington boots for over 20 years I wouldn t recommend muck boots wish I had taken note of the bad reviews before I had purchased a 100 pair of wellies

I ve already left a terrible review about customer service levels like everyone else These products are great until you have an issue then they don t want to know I traced the parent company ROCKYBRANDS and left feedback through their web enquiry form Within the day their International Marketing Director got in touch and is now sending me a new pair of boots I ll not give out her email address but I urge anyone with an issue to follow the same route I did as Charlotte in customer services will do everything she can to avoid helping you I ll now go and leave a 5 star feedback for ROCKYBRANDS

Premium price poor product

I mistakenly thought that in purchasing muck boots I would be paying a premium price for a premium product Not so Despite the advertising claims and the high cost the boots only have a warranty for 12 months My boots are a bit more than 1 year old and leak like a sieve Very disappointing I d have been better off buying some cheapo brand 15 wellies

I bought a pair of Derwent 2 muck boots

I bought a pair of Derwent 2 muck boots 18 months ago Comfiest boots I ve had to walk in They however failed after 18 months of limited wear water seeped into the toe and a bubble formed which leaked inside the boot I stupidly purchase another pair 4 months ago and they have failed again and there is water under the sole The boots have minimum wear and apart from wet fields and puddles there is no real reason why this should happen The muck boot people basically don t care I won t be going for an hatrick
