Poor customer service

Will absolutely not purchase from this company again boots worn through to hard material after only being worn since February told it was normal wear and tear and probably poor fit Absolute rubbish Also sent wrong boots out in the first place Very poor customer service

Boots were delivered faulty

Boots were delivered faulty Had to pay for a second pair whilst return organised because exchanges are not offered I was then not refunded my money until after I phoned Muckboot to raise the issue

On my third pair

On my third pair 1st lasted 9 months before leaking in across the fold on the right boot 2nd pair lasted 7 months and the 3rd are 2 months in again failed on the fold right boot This has got to be some kind of design flaw Like them but not going back for another pair Looking at the response from Muck Boot they reference care guide - i fail to see how this is relative with a 2 month old product These are ultimately a lump of rubber wellington boot and should last a minimum of 12 months

Leaky boots

Outscape boots were comfortable and warm until they split within 6 months After reading similar reviews I don t even see the point in contacting them as this seems a very common issue It s a real shame as they were ideal for dog walking in the woods and farmland

Terrible customer service

I was sent the wrong size a had to prove this first which took 2 weeks to get a returns label and another 2 weeks on have still not received a refund So no boots and out of pocket through no fault of my own no replies being received yet they have received boots someone now has no boots for christmas

Leaked within 6 months

Have bought these boots for years they were great and warm Recommended them to everyone but having bought a pair in April this year hale which started leaking within 6 months I won t be recommending them anymore I think they have gone up in price and down in quality on top of which no reply from customer services I am now trying a pair from another supplier for half the money

Really disappointed

I have been really disappointed with my latest pair of Muck Boots The first pair lasted me for 12 years - this latest pair Arctic Sport have split after just 2 years They have split above the foot where the boot creases as I walk Up until now I have been raving about their comfort and warmth to friends but won t be making any more recommendations

Good boot until it isn t and bad customer service

The sole fell off one of my Muck Boot just after a year of purchasing them When I emailed the company I was told quite bluntly it was my fault and they were unable to repair it or send one replacement boot Although I had enjoyed the Muck Boot until that point the whole experience has made me now want to look elsewhere and I would encourage others to do so If you are paying for a premium product then it shouldn t break so soon after the purchase and there should be some way of mending such a product

Bought the Derwent 2 ladies wellies

Bought the Derwent 2 ladies wellies they were very expensive at around 120 I m sick of leaking or rubbing wellies so thought if I bought a decent pair they would last and my feet would finally stay dry Less than 2 months wear wet feet and insoles offer no support so my tendonitis is back really bad So so disappointed in them For 120 I expected much much better quality

Not the quality I expected

Not the quality I expected As others have said the seal between the upper and the sole has started to peel apart This is after 3 months with their only use being dog walking on muddy paths and village green I ve tried other brands including Barbour and sadly nothing appears to last Probably all made in China
