Excellent customer service Product had been superb but there was a problem with one boot which I imagine was a one-off I was refunded the cost - quickly efficiently and no quibbles I did not hesitate to order a new pair - great product and equally impressive customer service

I love my Muck Boots They are the best boots I have ever bought fantastic grip on rough and slippery ground incredibly comfortable to walk in all day I have found the company customer service to be excellent and my boots have been delivered quickly

My Muck Boots

My boots arrived in record time and were exactly as described online I took a gamble and bought a mens boot as they did not come in a womans which was a bit disappointing However they are a perfect fit I have been using Muck Boots for a number of years now and have no intention of changing to another make Thank you

Loving my muck boots

I have finally managed to road test my boots in all weathers - in the snow there was no slipping and I was able to walk normally The cold doesn t permeate and I am delighted They even look more stylish than other boots so I am over the moon and will definitely remain a client

Muck Boot great customer service

Muck Boot have been easy to contact and you always get a real person who is understanding and able to constructively help with issues I bought a pair of boots and they were the wrong size so were funded quickly as other size unavailable I then made the mistake of buying a pair through Sports Direct and wish I hadn t They arrived on time but the upper of the boots failed after 6 weeks of use Muckboot offer a years warranty Sports Direct offer no warranty and refused to acknowledge that the boot shouldn t have failed after 6 weeks They basically said that we d used them too much I therefore think that you should stop supplying your very good boots through such a cowboy outlet lest they give your good company a bad name Vic

Product of good quality When company couldn t supply ordered product refund and 10 off future purchase very quickly to sort My only issue is that the product suggested ordering half size up I take between a 5 38 and 6 39 depending on fitting so ordered a 6 39 and the boots are very big I would suggest your normal size will be adequate

I have bought many boots of all types from this company and I have never been disappointed with either fit or quality First time I have bought trainer type shoes and I am absolutely delighted with them On reading other reviews regarding sizing was helpful as I am between 5 1 2 - 6 but I went for the 5 and its perfect
