Great customer service if a little slow in responding

UPDATE they have since been in touch and were very good with resolving my enquiry Very happy with the outcome even though it took a while to get there Emailed customer service on the 9th January received an automated reply saying someone from the team would be in touch as soon as possible Chased them on the 15th have not heard back from them

Great boots

Great boots So comfortable I normally suffer with shoes and boots always rubbing but these have been so comfortable right from the start I have worn them on so many long walks Great on the wet roads and fields

My Derwents are the most comfortable and warmest boots I ve ever had Everyone on the yard now has Muck Boots and absolutely loves them Honestly looks like I live on a Muck Boot sponsored farm now

Love them

Ladies Arctic Boot

I have the ladies arctic boot for a trip to Norway to visit the Northern lights They are the most warm and comfortable boot ever Went on a photo safari for a day where it was thick snow and lots of ice Never slipped on the ice as the grip was superb Would highly recommend and only wish we had snow here so I can wear them more often

Apex walking boots

I have got a pair of Apex walking boots and they are the most comfortable boot to wear they keep my feet lovely and dry even in puddles and on the beach The grip is good in muddy conditions and they are super easy to get on and off I would thoroughly recommend

Love my muck boots

Love my muck boots I am a landscape gardener and use my muck boots to garden in They last so well especially when I put them to work digging and generally smashing them about They are also so warm when I m out in the freezing temperatures Never had any issues with them would use no other boots Great all rounders
