Seems to be a common theme Signed up for a free trial and was then charged for months despite getting in contact with their customer service Stick well clear

Unsoliceted spam to try and scam

Keeps emailing me unsolicited spam in an attempt to scam me I have undelivered messages They will be deleted within 4 days unless you click this link Go away

Tool good service bad won t return funds

Tool was interesting and would have come back But when I cancelled my free trial I did not get funds back had to go to my CC company to dispute Customer service attrocious

I paid 2 5k and got nothing in return

I can understand why the reviews are so bad here We did a trial for MXtoolbox and 2 years down the line realised they were still charging us although we weren t using their service At 99 per month that adds up nearly 2 5k I called them to cancel the account and to see if they could give us a courtesy refund of some sort After explaining the situation they told me that if I were to buy cable and not watch TV I d still pay The best that they could do was give a one month refund This isn t good business and I don t recommend using this company

This company is a ripoff Watch your charge card I signed up for a free trial and within a single day there were 3 charges on my bank card totaling almost 500 You can t talk to anyone You have to cancel your account online and then they say they will refund your money eventually I m really upset about this

Couldn t recommend any less Be warned before giving them your credit card details This company continued to charge me multiple times despite requests to cancel I couldn t access the account because it was my old employee s so I contacted them directly in regard to the matter We never used this service It ended up costing meOver 1 6k and I ll now have to have the bank go and dispute it with them They can clearly see no login and account access but are choosing to refuse to refund I had to reach out to the ex-employee to login and get it canceled Matt was very rude upon request to refund Lacks integrity

i cant view any BLUEHOST website cause my ip is in blacklist ive dynamic IP my ISP is Telecom Italia every IP network asign to me is blacklisted ive try any antivirus malware ive reset cahce history everything but nothing ive contact bluehost they say i hv to contact pay mxtoolbox to remove my ip from blacklist seriously SCAAAAAAMM
