Dreadful pre ordered items August 2021 and despite these items having been released many months ago still not items and excuses every time I message I won t be using this company again If you actually want to receive an item go elsewhere

Should have gone to Zaavi Extremely disappointed - pre-ordered the Luigi Lego starter set for my little boy as it came with pre-order extras After multiple correspondence and assurances from the customer services it still has not been processed Usually not one for looking at reviews but avoid Terrible service Shame I can t give a zero star review

Absolutely shocking customer service Irdered a hoodie for a birthday present which arrived damaged- contacted the help section and was initially helped and given detaiils to return the hoodie I have now completed this and slthough the item has been returned they are refusing to send the replacement item and I have been informed I have to wait 14 days to allow them to process this The item will now not be here in time for the birthday it was brought for

Awful experience As per other customers ordered lego on 20th Jan for my elderly father as a present for our son for an item that was clearly never in stock Never arived for his february birthday Company insists my father logs into his account and won t speak to us but he does not have account as paid by PayPal and no other means of contacting Managed to resolve and company issuing a refund but should not be selling stock it does not have and customer service was far from helpful Think twice before ordering and definitely pay by PayPal in case of dispute

Absolute scumbags They rip people off and then reply to these trust pilot customer reviews by thanking them and telling them they are always looking to improve You can improve yourselves by getting off the Internet once and for all

Absolute scammers Do not order from this company as packages do not even get dispatched But the payment will still be taken even though it s stated on the official sites terms and conditions that payment shouldn t be taken until 24-48 hours after dispatch So when I got no email that the item I had ordered and payed for hadn t even been dispatched I tried to track it but coincidentally the tracking service wasn t working and unable I then tried to find a customer service number but that also isn t on the website Then I tried to email the customer service team Which was two weeks ago probably longer and I still haven t received an update or a reply from them the order was placed the 14 8 2023 But their are no other options as I cannot return cancel or get a refund because the order hasn t even been dispatched Whatever you do avoid this place at all cost complete con artists

I ordered t shirts whilst visiting UK Despite estimated delivery time being well within my stay period and being despatched they didn t arrive until after I left So they are still in the UK until as such time someone visits Australia and brings them with them or I pay for them to posted to Australia Had I known they wouldn t be there in the time frame with a bit of extra lee way I would of had them sent to Australia

Terrible company takes far too long to dispatch orders they are stuck for weeks at processing they advertise the delivery times as 1-2 days BUT don t tell you it takes them for ever to dispatch They can not be contacted they do not respond to emails social medias their live chat is a facadeEDIT TO REPLY This has not been resolved please do not lie I have been given 2 conflicting statements on this order after waiting 3 days for a response

Ordered on the 12th Decemeber 28th today still no sign of the item or explanation of what the progress of it is By the other comments on Trustpilot this was to be expected Resigned to the fact my money has gone now and the item will never be delivered You live and learn - put his one down to experienceAvoid

I ordered an item from the site on 8 19 16 Every time i sent an email regarding the fact that i have yet to recieve the item i get a message back saying my order is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock It has been over 8 months since i ordered the item and every time i ask about it that is the response i get EDIT I have received an email from their team if the issue is resolved i will alter my rating
