Poor communication and wrong info on the website

Placed an order a week before my brother s birthday due to arrive on or the day after his birthday Didn t arrive chased via facebook messenger to be told that they d not been printed yet and they weren t allowed to give me a delivery estimate Chased further and told looking at the queue the order would be dispatched 24-72 hours later Now 2 days after the 72hours and still no dispatch email If they d have advertised the actual delivery time on the site I d have ordered elsewhere

They took money from my bank account

They took money from my bank account for an order I didn t make When I contacted them about it they insisted it was for a subscription They only started taking me seriously after I complained to my banks fraud department I did eventually get refunded but it left me in a bad financial situation

I ordered the 31st of January originally stating its estimated delivery would be May Now my items are getting shipped separately one in May one in June and one in October If I had known they would get separated I would not have ordered

Pre ordered items a month ago They were not due to be released until 1st April so I was obviously willing to wait First April arrives and the order is still processing a month later I m getting really concerned I ve been waiting on these EXCLUSIVE items that aren t actually coming

Preordered an product that was due to ship 30 07 decided on the 15 07 I no longer wanted it and requested a refund which got declined through the automated service contacted customer support and by the 16 07 got told my request should be successful and its been transferred to another department Now its the 22 07 and heard no confirmation email sent another message which I ve been told they ve contacted the department again After reading reviews I m worried I m going to get stuck waiting a long time for this to come through

Ordered a product on 21 Jan and told on 31 Jan 10 days later that item was out of stock This was a present for my son which I was told would arrive between 3-5 working days If the item was not in stock I should have been advised prior to purchase and I would then have purchased elsewhere I have now purchased from Amazon and it will be delivered tomorrow but it is now 5 days after his birthday Shocking customer service and terrible communication

Normally a good buy

Have bought a number of these now and normally they are good value for money The one so far that I thought was not was the Dr Who collectable which was more expensive and to be honest I was very disappointed in the contents This company needs to listen to its customers and receive feedback as an opportunity to improve not to make decisions because they don t like them Arrogant company and certainly will not be using them again in the future

Some cool stuff but poor service

There is some cool stuff in the boxes Generally reach month there is at least one cool thing that I really like Some of the T-shirts are really good and all are good quality but payment for next months box is taken as soon as you receive the previous one making it difficult to cancel and customer services just say that as you have paid for the next one they cannot cancel your subscription There needs to be better control of the account
