Started my order in euro currency When I went to pay figure was in sterling Not sure how much I will be charged and if there will be import charges at point of entry into Ireland

Unfortunate mixup

I ordered a jumper which said on the website would be delivered by this week and unfortunately there were shipping issues and the item hadn t been sent I requested a refund which has been processed and although it s disappointing it s great to see a business that is responsive to its customers

Checkout is a nuisance

Shopping straight forward Checkout on the other hand was a nuisance Don t want an account don t want free things that I have to subscribe and pay for just want to pay for my things and that s all 20 emails after the unsubscribe button might actually work

Redemption

edited review After previously giving 1 star and being upset with the company over their awful dispatch times I have since received my item the delivery was quick from the dispatch date and in good condition Only problem I have is the dispatch times are too long and communication is lacking

I ve read all the reviews about this site Most of them after I had purchased from geekbox I thought I had been another victim of another package that would never come Lucky for me after a few emails automated emails to from geekbox I eventually recieved my item after almost 2 months of waiting I was sceptical and had already asked for a refund The package ended up coming a week and a half later So after all I will say good prices the communication is not great and doesn t provide much answers and shipping can take forever but if you are lucky enough to receive your items them it s a bonus I don t think I d buy from them again though

If you re buying for a birthday look elsewhere

Bought an item from Geekbox for a birthday present for my partner on the 28th July I assumed it would be shipped from the UK and delivered well in advance of his birthday on the 6th August Have since discovered that it is en route from America and won t be here until at least 11th August Really disappointed with the delivery times and won t be using them again

Issue now resolved

Following a conversation with Liam at the company my previous issue has now been resolved in a very satisfactory manner I would still suggest that they need to look at how customers are able to communicate with them and the information that they provide It was only until I put a review on here that someone contacted me to resolve the issue that had occurred

Really Good Value

The item arrived within a couple of days of being posted and I received an email with the tracking info The box was a bit damaged but the contents were fine I received a batman Vs Superman Bottle Opener Wolverine Borbz a hobbit mug Civil War II Comic and last but not least a black and white TMNT limited edition T Shirt I would ve preferred a little more colour on the T-shirt but I cant complain for 10 00

ive got two subscriptions and both run

ive got two subscriptions and both run smoothly had an issue with one t shirt too small so it now been sorted and changed would be good if there was an email to contact rather than by the account loggin as sometimes messages are read incorectly and you get a standard email and if boxes are late you dont get any updates mines been cancelled this month due to a supplly issue would have prefered a discount for the missing item on next box
