I have e-mailed Nuface numerous times about the wrinkle reducer prematurely switching off Had no response Only a blanket e-mail saying would contact within 24-48 hours The device cost a lot of money and is not working Tried all the trouble shooting

Junk On off button has failed
Poor quality on off button This button has failed after 13 months It started playing up about a month ago making it tricky to turn on and off now the button fails to turn it on at all making it useless I really liked doing microcurrent treatments at home and had seen great results with firmer smoother skin and improved facial contours I first purchased a nuface mini in Jan 2020 and was so pleased with the results that I purchased the full size nuface with ELE attachment in Jan 2021 I will not be wasting any more money on nuface unless they bring out a model with a durable power button For now I will take it apart and see if I can fix it myself If it can t be fixed I will be looking into other brands of home microcurrent devices

I don t recommend NuFace products
Terrible customer service NuFace doesn t stand behind their products I bought the most expensive device and it had issues first time using That was not my experience the first time I purchased a NuFace device 7 years ago and why I bought again The quality is not what it used to be It s not just NuFace it s almost every company I have bought from Chanel make up vessel broke shortly after receiving nordstrom calson brand cheap thin material Eddie Bauer same as nordstrom etc Expensive but cheap quality Consumers are paying more for crappy products I had to pay for shipping to return the defective NuFace product It took several calls and emails to finally receive the RMA and the RMA is only good for 10 days If you don t use it before the 10 days you have to request another If a consumer buys your product the company should stand behind the product

Worst customer service EVER
Worst customer service EVER I paid for the Fix on the Nuface website I ve already purchased the Trinity I wanted to take the fix on my weekend trip so I paid for the rush shipping The shipping cost me almost 50 dollars The device showed up in a timely manner BUT IT WAS BROKEN A company this big should have a quality control department The device I received was totaly broken If someone would have tested the device they would have seen it was not working I sent a video and pictures They are saying I will Not get my shipping money refunded and I still do not have my device that I ve already paid for with rush shipping And on top of that they are sending me an envelope to send the broken one back Terrible customer service

Device stops working after 1 month
I bought a Nuface a few months ago I am unable to return my item because I don t have the packaging but I am really disappointed that It has only lasted a few months In total I have probably used it only 20x since I wasn t consistent with it I wanted to start being consistent today because it is effective but it was completely dead When I charge it it lights up blue but it won t start after hours of charging I originally noticed it was having issues when it would turn on by itself and never turn off I am disappointed that it is a very expensive product for the device to work around a month

The battery wont last more than a year
The battery wont last more than a year I bought one last year and recently it is struggling to work for 10 minutes after i fully charge it It means that you need to pay about 400 euros just for using it for one year considering that the results are not that good I dont recommand it at all

My wife bought a Nuface device from
My wife bought a Nuface device from Currentbody approximately 2 years ago Within a year it stopped working so Currentbody replaced it under the warranty Fast forward 15 months and the replacement device has also stopped working Currntbody and Nuface s response is that as the warranty period has expired there is nothing they will do After reading previous posts on Trustpilot I have discovered the problem is the metal contact on the on off switch With Superglue and a piece of aluminium foil I have managed to cobble together a repair This only goes to show that the design of the device is faulty and not fit for purpose I have told this to Nuface but don t expect they will take any action as they obviously can sell enough of these devices and not worry about their customer base

The worse experience of my entire feminine life The NuFace is making your skin falling and it creates new big lines I tuined my skin They deserved to disappear from the market They are posting photo with women before and after and the photos are actually exactly the opposite the skin is worse After and not before More TrustPilot is sustaining the scam companies like currentbody com through which I bought the device and they are not posting the reviews you write so it looks like they are good and that the products are good

Device always breaks down after warranty
Device breaks down after warranty every time I have purchased 3 Nuface devices over the last few years and every time they break down at about the 1 5-2yr mark Their warranty period suspiciously only covers up to 1yr Their pro line has a 2yr warranty but I m skeptical to purchase the higher priced device and risk seeing it break down suspiciously at 2 5-3yrs Shopping around for a new microcurrent device brand this time

Dental nerve pain
I started to use my Nuface trinity and after 2 weeks I started to experience dental nerve pain I searched the internet to see if this was a known side effect I found that this had happened to other users I m very disappointed as I am now the owner of a 2 week old very expensive beauty gadget that I m unable to use
