I ordered a wallet uploaded the photo paid for the vip service and also extra for fastest delivery and had my product delivered within a week Which was great and not what I had expected after reading other reviews I ordered with guarantee from my bank that if product is not delivered I d get my money back 100 Now the product does come from China So do be cautious of that Whereas the website is uk so they possibly have a team in the UK or Europe Not entirely sure I m not sure why other bad reviews exist it could be because the compaby started off badly as expected for new businesses Pandemic may have played a major part too so not sure Hopefully this review helps others
