Absolutely delighted with the wallet I ordered I only had a dark photo of a black dog and really didn t expect it to turn out at all So I was amazed at the result - thank you so much Although not that important to me delivery was fast too

EXCELLENT SERVICE

Having ordered a photo wallet prior to reading the negative reviews I was instantly concerned I needn t have been I immediately emailed the company regards my concerns and received a reply almost instantly Not a generic email either but a genuine reply answering my concerns and queries My main issue was that the work is out sourced to China and I they couldn t guarantee delivery for the date I needed the wallet which was 3 weeks from ordering After 3 emails back and forth all of which were answered straightaway they arranged for my product to be expedited and I received it today 4 days prior to my cut off date I m over the moon with the product quality I would say if you are going to order from this company then expect to wait for your product longer than you think Do contact them they are very helpful

Ordered 4 wallets Pics on the wallet turned out nice Happy with product Got email updates of shipping I even emailed them and they emailed me back immediately with USPS shipping tracking number It was about a two week wait for order delivery which is wonderful

I ordered a wallet uploaded the photo paid for the vip service and also extra for fastest delivery and had my product delivered within a week Which was great and not what I had expected after reading other reviews I ordered with guarantee from my bank that if product is not delivered I d get my money back 100 Now the product does come from China So do be cautious of that Whereas the website is uk so they possibly have a team in the UK or Europe Not entirely sure I m not sure why other bad reviews exist it could be because the compaby started off badly as expected for new businesses Pandemic may have played a major part too so not sure Hopefully this review helps others
