If I could give a negative score, I would. The advertisement for the item was misleading, showing a nice presentation box, but it arrived in a plastic bag with minimal bubble wrap. The item was completely smashed and unusable, and it looked very cheap despite the high price. When I contacted customer service with photos of the damage, they initially offered only a 50% refund, which I refused. Eventually, they agreed to a full refund, but I have not received it yet, so we’ll see how that turns out.
