I am very impressed with the Nano Hearing aids the charge time is amazing they fit comfortably in the ear and provide all the necessary accessories I did have to call Customer Service because I was dealing with noise from them while in my ear The representative was helpful it did take awhile but the issue was not completely resolved The representative seemed rushed towards the end But overall I am pleased with the hearing aids and believe they are a good value for the money paid
