Excellent service and boots

I ordered some Arctic Contact 2 0 boots which unfortunately were too big I contacted Emma and a new pair are being sent free of charge I am amazed at this The customer service and the boots are excellent I love this dark blue colour and they are so cosy Highly recommend this company Rosina Aaron

I have bought various barefoot shoes from more well known companies but I believe Naturcontact will be as big and as well known as these in the future the shoes are excellent quality very comfortable and outstanding value for money they are half the price of more well known brands Aramid Contact 2 0 are my go to barefoot choice not only do they feel comfortable they look really good Also the customer service is also outstanding they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and the will help fix any issues you have along with excellent communication you can t ask for anymore if you are in two minds about buying shoes from Naturcontact let me assure you you won t be disappointed I look forward to buying my next pair of shoes from them Thank you A happy customer

These shoes are wonderful Very comfortable and good to look at The additional insole provided is really useful too Packaged really nicely Will be buying more for myself and family

Excellent customer service

I ve not yet received my shoes but I have asked so many questions via email regarding size and if the shoes are waterproof Then I ordered a pair of shoes and realised I d ordered the wrong ones so they very kindly have changed the order for me This was all over the weekend and quite late and to be honest I was very grateful that they responded so quickly to my messages as I realised I ve made a mistake I m looking forward to receiving my shoes and trying them out so we ll leave another review for them later but so far Customer Service is excellent

Really comfortable shoes

Really comfortable shoes easy ordering good selection of styles and quickly despatched The previous Nuturcontact shoes I have are well made and allow my feet to adopt a more natural position when walking Would recommend to anyone who requires comfort when walking they take a short while to get used to but once you are used to wearing you will not regret it

Great customer service really helpful about sizes fitting etc I ve worn my lovely Sport Contact 2 0 shoes all summer and can now look forward to having blissfully comfortable feet in colder weather too
